I appreciate your honest inspections do you also include what it would take to repair / cost estimate ?
Unfortunately we only inspect. It becomes a conflict of interest. The only person who can quote service rates, would be an independent RV Technician. As a technician as well as an inspector, the code of ethic we follow, doesn't allow us to quote or repair and RV we inspect within 12 months. Makes sense doesn't it? 😊

@@blueoxontherun9188 Tennessee if the dealer can get the thing in stock, I will keep your info, cause with what I’m hearing, everything needs inspection and I don’t trust any dealer recommendations for an inspector thank you for your reply

Just wondering if the sellers were aware of the slide-out issue. Given that they had lived full-time in the unit, looks like they took care of it.

What is your ratio of good inspections VS bad...
30 % bad, like pass...50 % ouch, a lot to fix and consider...20 % good, just a list if things to address with nothing major 😀
It’s sad form an engineering standpoint , manufactures, cannot engineer a robust slide out system that doesn’t leak, or not as prone to leaking verses older gen slide outs .. I guess that’s why airstream does not use them .

They could also have 1 piece molded fiberglass like some of them 🤔
@@blueoxontherun9188 that’s assuming , what I learned from watching your videos , if the box is cut out , properly .. it’s no different in brand new , new construction homes . Homes that cost 800k.. roofs leaking , trim falling off everywhere in the homes , etc .. but like , rvs .. built by humans . They should have machines at least make the walls and cut the holes and also blue print the slide out boxes and then have humans put the unit together .. that would help a al lot , imo . You and I both know the manufactures have the money and capital to make a lot of the process , automated ..
Exactly why they do not feel the need to get any better ...they are raking profits up the Ying yang and have no consideration at all about quality 🤔 salesperson are thought to sell these pos . Yet, consumers still buy them as is.
Why we dedicate are energy trying to awake a few people 🙃
It might change absolutely nothing to the industry bit, if we can save a few smart people here and there, we feel we accomplished something and saved them from being screwed 😉
