In this video, I want to show you the talent of the blacksmiths and carpenter. They turn a broken bike brake into a beautiful and useful knife. The broken brake costs on 50C or about 2000 Riels only but the forging costs $4 and plus the handle $2. It doesn't cost a lot for the completion of the work and it is good to recycle old things.
We care for our environment, we try to recycle trash as much as we can.

Hey mate that wasn’t beak off a bike that was off a car or a lorry as it was a disc drake and seeing that one bikes are a bit different to that ok.
I bought that disc brake from a motorbike repairman for 50C

That's a lot of work to wind up with a knife made out of plain iron.
In many cases it can be stainless steel but never carbon steel. Cast iron is the preferred material for brake discs other than carbon fiber for racing purposes.
