A great reminder at 14:25 that mistakes are easily made. Fortunately it was not in a critical area. More embarrassing than dangerous. I have always thought it's better to own up than be found out. The Huron milling machine is a great addition, if very noisy, to our workshop. Great video as usual Alex, many thanks. If anyone seeing this fancies joining a great team, please come and introduce yourself.
Great to see another of my favourite type of tank engine nearing completion. Soon be time for a full pressure test.

Would a copper washer or what used to be a copper/asbestos washer be a better bet for the whistle union?
Peter thanks for your comment
Looking good, but I was distracted by the EE Type 3 Class 37. It it been restored?
Mike thank you for your comment the Class 37 is being restored
Good job well done I would like to be let loose in that machine shop to old now Bernard Glasgow
Bernard, thank you for your comments, Yes its a smashing workshop and most guys here are in their 70's with the oldest being 80 years old.
Great engine in its day reputed the most efficient. Shame it’s all dedicated old timers preserving it. Not enough engineers always the UKs problem …
John thank you for your comments sadly you can see what the future holds for our UK Railway Preservations if we don't get more willing engineers
