Great reaction! The Home Free guys aren't afraid to make fun of themselves - but they can also handle really serious subjects. Try Hillbilly Bone and Sold.
Adam Rupp does so many crazy sounds like that one you caught. He's just insanely talented. I love that they all had copies of "Bass Magazine" with really nice photos of themselves on it, except Adam whose picture looks like he just got out of bed after a really rough night. You mentioned PMJ. Have you seen their cover of "All About That Bass"? It's amazing as well.
They are so talented but then their personalities come into their videos and that just completes the whole package! That's why they're so great!! Also since your dad had a country bar, look into HF and their "Dive Bar Saints" song.
Next do one of their more serious songs...react to "Helplessly Hoping"....your ears will love you for it...no beatboxing but pure rich 5 part harmony...it's simply SUBLIME !!
Love the fact that Home Free guys don't take themselves too seriously, they are entertainers for sure! Helplessly Hoping is a don't miss, it's only 2 1/2 minutes though
They were originally known as the only "Country" acapella group when they won the "Sing Off" show in 2014. They now do covers from many genre's, all with their own magical touch, from Gospel to Rock to Rap. This rabbit hole has many tunnels... Explore and Enjoy...Welcome to being a "Home Fry" or collectively "Home Fries". Keep up this content and they will come...
They actually did all genres before the sing off, but where turned down in a couple of prior seasons. Once they applied as a solely country act the got snapped up because no one else had done that before.
Home Free is just amazing with the fun they can have and turn it around and have a sad, heartfelt or just something that is just...real. Thanks for your reactions, you are very good at it. Maybe consider....Feelin It...Friends in Low Places...or...I Like The Sound of That...for fun. When you have time.
Chris Rupp, the guy in the cowboy hat, and a founding member, has a critique/reaction to this video on his channel. He dishes on some behind the scenes things. It's funny, too. Great reaction, as usual.
I have laughed so hard I cried watching the gag reel! It is one of my go to videos when I’m having a rough day. When Adam and Chris dance behind Tim I lose my mind laughing probably because I have 5 older brothers, so I appreciate it. I relate to the director who can’t stop laughing watching Home Free LOL! 🤣🤣🤣
Straight No Chaser got me into acapella, they put out a parody song called "All about that bass" to the tune of the song, but own lyrics. There are copies of it on YT. Even better, at recent virtual concerts they had Tim & Austin as special guest stars and Tim came out to sing this song with them!
If you're up for a little more serious, check We All Want What We Ain't Got, End of the Road, and you should do Mayday since you've become more acquainted with the guys. Also check Colder Memory lapse what were they thinking.
Have you listened to their "Sound of Silence" or "Misty Mountain"? "Misty Mountain" is preformed be Tim Foust and Peter Hollens. They both are fabulous.
I had never heard of this song before I saw their video, and it absolutely made no sense to me - and it still cracked me up. I have since seen the original. Still doesn't totally make sense to me, but I still laugh. I just rewatched this and finally realized that all of that stuff with Tim posing is related to his "Me" during the intro. Of course, i's all about THE BASS. Duh.
For a bit of fun watch champagne taste on a beer budget then watch full of cheer which is a kind of an unintentional follow on from champagne tastes. I know it’s not Christmas but well worth watching the second one.
Ring of Fire is a must see, but for some more incredible A Capella you need to hear Pentatonix. Everything they do is incredible, I recommend Hallelujah , Sound of Silence and Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone), for an introduction.
I love Home Free - their group ethos is not to take yourself too seriously. Another is being respectful of women (which is way in the Butts Remix, it was their 'butts' on display. Adam & Chris Rupp's sister had done business with a modeling agency and that's where the women came from). Any band that's about peace, love and having a laugh is the one for me. Not to mention their skills are out of this world!
This is so goofy but so good. Love Austin’s yodeling. Yeah them playing with the horsies was too funny. Love your reactions, you have me laughing too. How about something more serious but great…try Helplessly Hoping, In the Blood, I Can’t Outrun You.
Absolutely love the positivity of your channel, that’s what got me subbed 👏😉 This one is hilarious for sure, glad you enjoyed it ! If you want to hear more yodeling, try « Thank god I’m a country boy » (another hilarious video too, one of my favorites 🤩)
Love your reactions to Home Free. You should check out their cover of "Country Roads" it's not a funny one, but it's got amazing harmony and a little bit of soul. Also if you want another bit of humor from these guys, but smooth singing, check out their cover (they dropped it around Valentine's Day) of "I Swear". Thanks!
That was awesome. It was funny that my kind of dad did not believe that the bass was about your booty. He made me sing it. Realize I am in my 50 singing this song and people told him it was about a booty. Never did it again. lol 🎙🎼🥰
I think this is why a Home Free fan and an ARMY get along so well in our house: They're all basically the same type of crackhead - just like us! 😂 Edit: Btw - come Christmas you should definitely add their version of Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer to your must see videos! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Enjoying your reactions to Home Free. I actually got so sick of this song, but HF redeemed it for me. I've rarely if ever seen a group that puts so much fun and positive energy into their music. And Rob is my spirit animal.😁
I agree you should look at Mayday, but I recommend you get a few more Home Free songs under your belt, such as Sea Shanty Medley and Hillbilly Bone. Country Roads and My Church are good ones too. After you get a good understanding of how each guy sings, then you can check out Mayday and get blown away.
@@danuttall he does not need to look at any more. He has a great grasp on music in general and understands the role of each singer. I hear this argument a lot when it comes to Homefree and I do agree a certain amount of songs are needed but when you have his understanding of music in general then I believe that argument is moot.
Great reaction! I love how much you are enjoying this journey! I love watching your reactions to Homefree! After watching your reaction my face hurts too! 😂I do believe you are a Homefry! For more hilarity watch their Guilty Pleasures video. It was taken at one of their concerts. To hear some stunning vocals and harmonies check out "In the Blood". Or any other song you pick. No matter if they are being funny or serious, the vocals are always on point! Thank for your fantastic reaction!
If you want something that is just great singing try My Church, In the Blood, or how Great thou Art. No matter how funny they are their skill can't be matched. Also for diversity there is Thinking out loud/let's get in on mashup, take me home country Roads or country fried pop medley
If you go watch Meghan Trainor's original video for this song you'll see that Home Free not only countrified the song, but also the video, and it's brilliant! Great reaction! There is a behind the scenes video for when they filmed this and it's even funnier. 😁
If you like the country reminiscence you should check out their version of Sold! By John Michael Montgomery. Pretty funny and with one of Tim's lowest notes. I also recommend their take on Folsom Prison Blues, for those lovely low notes.
If you really love Austin's yodeling listen to "Thank God I'm A Country Boy". It's another funny cute one. If you want a more serious song try "Helplessly Hoping" or "How Great Thou Art". Those are amazing as well. Really any song they do is amazing!
You should check out the Leo Moracchioli rabbit hole. He covers songs that are not metal and makes them metal. He plays all his own instruments. Starter videos for him....Toto's Africa and Adele's Hello.....enjoy
Lol 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😂😂
Funny bunch with extraordinary voice ..
Anyone ever notice this? Home Free is just one giant game of Rob and Tim "invading each other's space"?
They matched the original music video scene for scene, but added their own twist to each scene.
And it is ALL about the bass/Tim 😁
You should check out home free bloopers to this 🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣🤣
Austin is using a yodel technique, you are correct!
Have you checked out home free bloopers to this 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
More yodeling? "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" is for you! And yes, the outtakes video for "All About that Bass" is well with a watch! 👍😎🤣🤣
Their cover of Honey, I'm Good also has a hilarious video, and an obscene bass part.
If you like their comedy, you should watch Champaign Taste on a Beer Budget, it's one of their original pieces. Also, I Swear is a hilarious one too.
ooo yes that one is so funny!!!! hihiihi
Champayne tastes also has a cameo of Avi Kaplan in it :)
I thought Thank God I’m a Country Boy was funny too 😆
Great reaction!
Of you haven't heard it yet you will love their cover of mayday by cam
One of the things I truly love about watching their 'lighthearted' videos - it is so obvious that they are all good/great friends.
I love Home Frees humor!!
Here, here!!
Chris Rupp has a ‘behind the scenes’ video about this video on his channel. Hilarious
Home Free humor…the best ‼️. They love to have fun 🤪🙃‼️
They are so talented but then their personalities come into their videos and that just completes the whole package! That's why they're so great!! Also since your dad had a country bar, look into HF and their "Dive Bar Saints" song.
I think you would enjoy their guilty pleasures, derailed. It was hilarious
I love the the Behind the Scenes to this song. If you liked this one you will love that one. I enjoyed your reaction, thanks.
you are just in such a great mood watching home free... like a kid in a candy store...love it... im laughing right along with you....
They can do this then turn around and do Traveling Soldier or One Voice and have you crying
So what happens when Home Free puts their comedic twist on a comedy song? Check out “Grandma got ran over by a reindeer “
That is a great one
Next do one of their more serious songs...react to "Helplessly Hoping"....your ears will love you for it...no beatboxing but pure rich 5 part harmony...it's simply SUBLIME !!
Best song, so beautiful
Such a beautiful song! That is one of my favorites!
Awesome Song!
Glad u enjoyed it as much as I did!
You have it !!! They are Amazing !!! Super Home Free fan, they bring it !!
Love the fact that Home Free guys don't take themselves too seriously, they are entertainers for sure!
Helplessly Hoping is a don't miss, it's only 2 1/2 minutes though

I love and your enjoyment and your laugh during these videos. It brings me joy. ❤️

It's a year later...but i hope you have seen their Outtake/blooper video with this song. HAHAHAHAH
Thanks for your reaction
Gotta check out Home Frees Rendition of "CAMS" Mayday
Their version of How Great thou Art is the most beautiful version I have ever heard.
This is so fun! If you watch the original video, you see they were spoofing it!
There's a behind the scenes for the making of this video I believe. You should totally check that out!
If you enjoyed this, then you really should watch their bloopers/gag reel for this video. You won't stop laughing.
You need the country fried pop medly
They make me smile 😃
This is such a silly song and video. These boys just love to have fun.❤️❤️❤️
I’ve seen that video several times and for some reason with you playing it, it sounds like it’s faster than what i have previously watched/heard
There is a blooper reel for home freeze All about that Bass.
Country-Fried mash-up next
Straight No Chaser got me into acapella, they put out a parody song called "All about that bass" to the tune of the song, but own lyrics. There are copies of it on YT. Even better, at recent virtual concerts they had Tim & Austin as special guest stars and Tim came out to sing this song with them!
I just ❤️ love ❤️Home Free!!!
Thanks for reacting to this .., hard not to 😂.
Love, love, love your reactions! 👍
This has a Monkees-like quality to it. (That’s a compliment, I love the Monkees!) Of the show I mean, more than musically.
If you're up for a little more serious, check We All Want What We Ain't Got, End of the Road, and you should do Mayday since you've become more acquainted with the guys. Also check Colder Memory lapse what were they thinking.

Great reactions!!!
love your reactions, my friend!
If you watch the original video for this song you will soon understand what they have done with their version 😜
Such a great reaction. I love your channel.
Can't wait to watch this one. So good and going to be smiling ear to ear. Couldn't get here fast enough and I wS one of the first here lol
Y'all, if I could subscribe again, I would...just for your laugh, and, of course, HOME FREE!!! ❤
Time to blow your mind...See "Adam Rupp's Drum Solo"
You can also do Sold! by Home Free. Quite entertaining.
Love post modern jukebox and so does BTS. But this is crazy lol.
Such a fun reaction to a fun song. I did't care for the original, but theirs is awesome.
For a bit of fun watch champagne taste on a beer budget then watch full of cheer which is a kind of an unintentional follow on from champagne tastes. I know it’s not Christmas but well worth watching the second one.
Id suggest watching when they were on The Sing Off, specifically the number with The Philharmonic
Just for fun you should watch the blooper reel of this! ^.^
Ring of Fire is a must see, but for some more incredible A Capella you need to hear Pentatonix. Everything they do is incredible, I recommend Hallelujah , Sound of Silence and Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone), for an introduction.
The break in Austin's voice is a country thing.
Theeeeese guys..... 🤣
I love Home Free - their group ethos is not to take yourself too seriously. Another is being respectful of women (which is way in the Butts Remix, it was their 'butts' on display. This one is hilarious for sure, glad you enjoyed it ! If you want to hear more yodeling, try « Thank god I’m a country boy » (another hilarious video too, one of my favorites 🤩)
Like bass?? Go check out the Crystal River Boys singing Rainbow of love. Bass singer hits a C1.. Awesome. Never heard bass like it. 👍🍀😁
those scenes- unicorns etc... were part of Megan Traynor's original video.
Love your reactions to Home Free. You should check out their cover of "Country Roads" it's not a funny one, but it's got amazing harmony and a little bit of soul. For their serious side, check out Helplessly Hoping
The behind the scenes video on this one is great. ENJOY!!!
Adam Rupp is a human drum kit/ sound board. check out a few of his videos
Also listen to home free doing champagne taste on a beer buget
Post Modern Jukebox; ya got me there. They are great.
Now just waiting for you to react to Mayday. Hopefully very soon.
I too am waiting for that one. One of my favorite by them.

Try this is how we roll lol
Please have a look at hopelessly hoping by home free for blended voices
Tim is Hilarious 😂
Austin does yoddle in one of there song I'm a country boy I believe. John Denver song.
Even if you don’t react to it, check out the gag reel for all about that bass… you will laugh so hard
Two things... There's a blooper vid to this one. And have you seen their Guilty Pleasures video? Please don't miss out on that.
If you want something that is just great singing try My Church, In the Blood, or how Great thou Art. No matter how funny they are their skill can't be matched. Also for diversity there is Thinking out loud/let's get in on mashup, take me home country Roads or country fried pop medley

The fact that they can do all of this sitting down is insulting. So difficult as a singer to sing seated lol
I love Tim twerking!
This had some really strong Weird Al vibes.
This is a direct parody of Meagan Trainor's video.
The live version of this is sooooo much funnier
Check out Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget.
I was going to suggest Post Modern Jukebox, but sounds like I don't need to. I assume you've heard PMJ's version of this song?
You should check out the Leo Moracchioli rabbit hole. He covers songs that are not metal and makes them metal. He plays all his own instruments. Starter videos for him....Toto's Africa and Adele's Hello.....enjoy
