There used to be a genre of TV shows called "variety" show...where you have a "personality" (usually a comedian or a singer) and it was 1 hr and they would have a different guest every week...most of the time a TV star or a singer or a comedian. There would be a segment for a skit of some kind, a segment where the guest star would sing solo or do a stand up routine, and then there was usually a reoccurring skit the whole cast plus the guest star would be in. If they still had this format, Home Free would have the top-rated show, NO DOUBTS. Their singing, and acting abilities would make it a hit every week.
Great Reaction!! If you want to see Austin rap check out them doing This Is How we Roll (The Big Labowski parody ).Adam actually learn Korean just so he could do his song right
These guys are so funny..I love the comedy side of these five gentleman they are just amazing they are great at everything they do... Got to love Home Free o my gosh 🏡🆓🏡🍟💞💞💞
Amidst all the hilarity, what a lot of people miss about this performance--Adam's guilty pleasure is the best example of his solo voice on the internet. Proof he's just as vocally talented as the others❣🎼🥰🎶❤
These gentlemen are hilarious! FYI-Adam learned Korean for his part and Rob did the beatboxing. Tim said he’s no mathematician, but he did substitute teach high school math. 😂
The video is titled Colder Memory Lapse - What They Were Thinking and it’s hilarious 🤣 if you watch it keep an eye on Tim’s face… you can actually see the exact moment he decides what he’s going to do 😂
Let Tim Twerk…Let Tim Twerk.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 2 Things…. 1). This was in Austin’s Hometown Tiftin, GA 2). Rob took over the beatboxing during Adam’s part. Great reaction! Thanks.
Another great live video from the guys. Love how much fun they have on stage & interacting with the audience. You can tell they really love what they do & don't take themselves too seriously.
I could watch this video dozens of times - I love their collective sense of humor. If you haven't seen "Colder Weather Memory Lapse", "Funny Moments and Band Intros" or "Natemares" - watch them when you've had a hard day. I guarantee you'll laugh your buns off and your blues away.
I came across a recent live video of the "Sweet & Low Music Co." taken at a function that you might like: ruclips.net/video/4sWtQGFQkRM/видео.html - the harmonies are outstanding!
Great reaction guys! There are other Guilty Pleasures vids out there, but the derailed version is the best! The boys are hilarious! This is just another example of why we love Home Free so much. Great suggestion Scott. 🍟
I see Chris and Adam Rupp at a concert online next week! They are my favorite tenors on the planet! I am so excited! I was at the Home Free Seattle show as well, absolutely amazing. Thanks guys!
I totally love this, I have this in my HF humor favorites list and watch it many times, there are many of these types of videos out there! Their Behind the vault series videos also show their humor, I love that they are such great friends, like family together and they enjoy whatever they do while being great entertainers!🔥🔥. Really love your reactions, looking forward to more!!👏👏
Adam actually learned a lot of Korean for this. Also Rob was doing the beatboxing when Adam was singing. Definitely a great one to watch. Enjoyed watching your reactions to this song.
😂 Truly Home Free is so grazy..........good!! They are so hilarious. I can't wait to see them here in the Netherlands one day. It's just entertainment they bring. I know I will definitely have to bring a lot of tissues with me. Not for crying with sadness/emotions (although that sometimes happens when they sing with so much feeling, especially Rob) but more for crying with laughter.
I was at this concert and wow was it hilarious. They did two performances and derailed on both...super funny and super great!!! and yes some of the screaming was me and my mom! Wonderful group of guys and great memories!
Thanks for making me laugh 😅. I've seen this more times than I want to admit. But it was hilarious just watching the joy that this brought you. 🤣 Thanks ✌😊
Because this number was a part of their live tour it would change in little ways each night, depending on the size and layout of the venue, and the audience. I think the guys got a bit overwhelmed by the loud and boisterous "Let Tim twerk" chant and got a major case of the giggles, which kind of threw them off script. THAT was the "derailed" part, Tim's answer to the Austin's bet. Even if you don't do an on-screen reaction I recommend you watch the several other versions of this routine. Two of the different titles I have on my GP playlist are: 20140308 Home Free - Guilty Pleasures (this one's my favorite for so many little reasons), and Home Free Vocal Band - Guilty Pleasures (this one has a blue background on the stage). Little differences can be just a funny.
You really need to check Storytime with Tim. He is hilarious. My favorites are "Nae Nae", "Count The Bacons" and "Natemare" really hilarious. Adam actually learned the language for this song.
Home Free really is the whole package! Glad that you both enjoyed this one, they can be funny without even trying lol They really are entertainers in every sense of the word. I saw them live myself last summer, they were so good I loved it. Great reaction as usual. Look forward to the next one.
This is so funny. I saw them twice and they didn’t do anything like this. Too clever and they’re so good. Lots of laughs. Loved your reactions!🥰 I did hear Adam learned Korean for his part….amazing.
You might want to watch Storytime with Tim, of which there are several. "Count the Bacons" is one, and the one about Barnacles is pretty darned funny. There's one where he recites some song lyrics and you may laugh yourselves silly.
These guys are hilarious. Chris Rupp is the founder of Home Free and he left to start another group with their sister called 7th Ave Band. They’re pretty good along with his other group he created called Cypress Fyre. They’re both worth checking out. A little suggestion check your mic levels. Your mics are over-modulating and getting distorted.
Did they do story time with Tim when you saw them? You can watch some on here. My favorite is Natemare. And it's a true story. Hilarious. You should watch their Country fried pop medley. So funny
In the non-derailed versions, Tim says "You can rap" when Austin offers him the deal. Other versions also show much more interaction between the guys - by this time I think they were pretty sick of it. Austin certainly grew to hate it! Post Sing Off exposure, Austin could have launched a solo pop career (there are rumours that there were offers) but it wasn't what he wanted. Even after they stopped doing Guilty Pleasures, a lot of Tim's stage act depended on Austin playing the younger dumber brother. As time went on and Austin got 240+k followers, a beautiful house in Nashville and an even more beautiful gf, it would have been silly to keep that image. (He still has remarkably thin legs but nobody talks about them). However, he has recorded a cover of Justin Bieber's Holy, which is actually pretty good.

I sent the group a message suggesting an updated "Hee Haw" variety show. I wish they would do it. They have all the music and comedy skills for it.
So true! Sunday night was Red Skelton! I really miss variety shows.
I thought of the Smothers Brothers when I heard you say this. No one has ever made me laugh so hard. God I miss that format.
Great Reaction!! If you want to see Austin rap check out them doing This Is How we Roll (The Big Labowski parody ).Adam actually learn Korean just so he could do his song right

When it doesn’t get derailed, Tim tells Austin he can rap. Check out another clip of this for the regular skit.

🤣 Adam actually learned the language for it! You should see when Austin forgot the words you will crack up laughing! It's hilarious! 🤣

However, I think the Derailed is better after having seen the non-derailed version
THIS IS HOW WE ROLL is another fun one of them in younger years Austin raps a little enjoy

So happy y'all watched this 😂
" The people's champion " I like it 👍

I crack up every time I watch this! So glad you watched this one❤❤

You should check out Country Fried Pop if you have not done so as it is a more formal pop mashup that may have come before or after this.
There was a genre called Bubblegum Pop back in the '70s (Donny Osmond, The Monkees, etc.). It was music geared to the more teen/pre-teen audience
Thanks for making me laugh 😅. I've seen this more times than I want to admit. But it was hilarious just watching the joy that this brought you. 🤣 Thanks ✌😊

Timeless, I see what you did there Thomas. lol
Hahah 🤜🤛

Oh I grew up with "Bubble Gum" pop music! It started in the late 1960's and included guys like the Osmond's and The Bay City Rollers.
Enjoyed the reaction. Another great skit is Songs That Didn’t Make The Cut. They pretty much stopped doing the skits after Chris left the group.
This is so funny. I saw them twice and they didn’t do anything like this. Too clever and they’re so good. Lots of laughs. Loved your reactions!🥰 I did hear Adam learned Korean for his part….amazing.
I.have watched this 100 times and it's hilarious everytime I watch it!!
You might want to watch Storytime with Tim, of which there are several. "Count the Bacons" is one, and the one about Barnacles is pretty darned funny. There's one where he recites some song lyrics and you may laugh yourselves silly.
Adam Rupp learned Korean to do that song!! Did you see “Countrified Pop”?
One of the things that caused this to derail, is they are in Austin’s Home Town , Tifton, Ga. So the crowd helped it derail.

Have watched this so many times
There's another version of this routine where Tim tell Austin he can continue rapping so Tim can continue twerking.
Did they do story time with Tim when you saw them? You can watch some on here. My favorite is Natemare. And it's a true story. Hilarious. You should watch their Country fried pop medley. So funny
That was an awesome reaction! Hilarious!
Adam learned Korean just for this song
ONE FOR THE ALGORITHM.
The many versions which are not derailed are much funnier. The band haven't been doing this for about 8 years.

guys your audio blows but your funny.
