We’re excited to share with you our experience purchasing our new Winnebago Sprinter EKKO (Sprekko) from Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, Iowa.
We hope that as you watch this video, you’ll capture the wonderful moments we shared with the team and truly understand why this experience was unforgettable and why we chose Lichtsinn RV as our preferred dealer of choice.
We want to give a big thank you to Renae who truly was the catalyst in unfolding this amazing experience. So fun to watch this. Jeremy is just awesome and made the experience. It is the best vehicle purchase experience bar none. Looking forward to me return trip. PS….the A/C upgrade was the best thing I upgraded.

Thanks for making this video, it sealed the deal with us buying from Lichtsinn RV. We pick up our Sprekko next Friday, also full body paint. We opted for a two battery + LP gen. We’re flying in and driving back all the way from Alabama!

Congratulations you two! I was waiting to see if you were going to make the switch! Can’t wait to hear about your experiences and hear about the differences in the 2 models! Also, it would be great to hear about the maintenance costs (eventually). Our ford was really cheap for maintenance but our diesel engine cost about 5 times more for service. So, curious about how the difference in maintenance costs works out with the 2 models. Can’t wait to see more adventures! Have a great time! ❤

I’ve already been thinking a little bit about that and how maybe I can make some suggestions to others to be a little more resourceful and not be at the mercy of Mercedes when it comes to Oil change gouging lol thank you for the suggestions on the names too. It is tough to figure this one out. I don’t know why hope you’re doing well. Take good care.

Congratulations. LICHTSINN is the best. There is no question about that. We bought our Revel from them before our Ekko and enjoyed the entire process. I don't know why anyone would do business with anyone else. So what is the name of the new rig?
Yes, I agree with you 100% about Lichtsinn RV. They were professional right out the gate and made the experience amazing.
We’re not sure about the name yet it’s been a tough one. It’s so hard, especially since BAD Betty just fit so well. We are keeping a list of names and suggestions.
I was on a cross country trip and did stop and visit Lichtsinn. I was impressed with the dealership but unfortunately they didn't have a 23B in the configuration I was looking for. I was able to find a 23B in stock once I got back to Calif. I did learn what the piece to protect the seat went via this video. Thanks !!

@@ekkonesters599 The tech did mention that if you had the a/c on and turned on the microwave the a/c would get turned off. Well that is not how mine works. If I do that everything shuts down. If the a/c compressor is turned off and the fan is on high it does the same thing. I can have the a/c fan on low and used the microwave. I talked to WGO and was told the Sprekko does not have the power sharing module that the Trekko has. Oh well just have to turn things on/off by hand.
Congrats, been watching your transit videos, but this one. This Sprinter chassis. I really want this one. Is that color custom?
I’m now 13 days into owning a 2025 SPREKKO and love it. I’ll be taking her about 3,000 miles on her first trip.

Great video guys!!!! Love your content and sub'd!!! I am in the exact dilemma!!! I am sold on the ekko but Im torn-up trying to decide between the transit and sprinter. The HP and torque difference seems to lean towards the ford but I sure do like the interior of the sprinter and I was told the ride is nicer in the sprinter. I would love to hear your thoughts now that youre in your new "sprekko"!!!!
Been following you guys since day/post one. While I have many questions (hoping to meet you some day for a chat and a meal) one that stands out today based on the Sprinter is: Will you miss you pull out kitchen/cooler & will you create a mod to replace it?. Thanks for the years so far!.

It would definitely be cool to connect along the road at some point. Yes, the outdoor/tailgate package will be missed. I am definitely considering a slide out mod for the rear garage area. I’ll probably add the additional cooler there. It would be more of an outdoor convenience for extra food and beverages.

@@sergioc404 Thank you. Great question, there are several RV (Winnebago) dealers closer for sure.
However, after several calls to “closer” dealerships we just couldn’t seem to come together on price etc. we contacted Lichtsinn RV and they were the most responsive in many factors.
Also, they had a solid inventory with the Selenite Grey color. The other thing besides great guest experience, the vehicle had 26 miles on it and we were able to break it in on our own rather than leave it at the hands of a random driver.
CONGRATS!!!! Welcome to the Litchsinn RV family. Thanks for documenting your delivery day experience. We felt like we were there with you. Jeremy was also our walk-through tech guy and as everyone else there, the experience was fantastic. Kudos to Renae and Jeremy and the whole Litchsinn gang. I wish I would have been there as well. Can you fill up the diesel in the truckers lane at Truck stops? Using the larger nozzles?
Great question for sure and yes you can. We have been doing this along the way. Stopped by a few stations in South Dakota and have used the larger nozzles.
I also like the fact that there was true diesel (ULSD) no bio diesel at these locations.

We bought from Lichtsinn and live in the DC area. Lichtsinn will help you coordinate with a local Winnebago dealer in your area for any warranty work. It was a great experience purchasing from Lichtsinn!!
