The big problem is not the people, but the freedom system that some Western organizations want to use to establish an experimental model of Western democracy in Cambodia, without really knowing much about the sociology, ethnology and cultural foundations of this country. They are turning the country into an anarchist society in which people exercise what they call freedom of speech and action.

How did the Australian guy even TRY to buy land in Sihanoukville? It's against the law for foreigners to own land in Cambodia. That guy was doing some kind of seedy deal as it was and he lost his savings because of it.
That what happened when there no law and other. Just pay the bribe to high officials, and you are set to lay luxurious somewhere in mansion and lots honey 😂😂😂
