My parents have a lot of land. They were agriculturists and also had a lot of businesses and are pretty wealthy. They live in a rural area. They have always told me never to take up agriculture and never to dream of living in the village. The janta is highly politicized, always turn on anyone with some wealth and you will spend all your life fighting one thing or another. Also my mother says the agricultural land will consume whatever money you throw at it and then give you nothing significant in return. High labour cost is a huge problem all across India and in Karnataka due to freebies of the govt, the labour cost has shot through the roof. Listen to this man, he knows what he is talking about
Yes, jealousy factor is much more in villages than cities. In cities, people do not envy much others as they are busy in themselves and also are more open hearted. I too have my village and can relate to the fighting for trivial reasons.
@positivity20 you don't get physically harmed in corporate politics. If you think corporate politics itself is bad, indian villages will make it seem like a cartoon. Its a jungle out there
We have coconuts, rubber, pepper, areca nut and cashew farms.... the prices fluctuates but its much more profitable compared to other crops and vegetable.
At the end of the day everyone need to eat ! Someone needs to do for others ! There are many successful new farmers who also put on youtube etc and make secondary income as well ! They also visit foreign countries to learn new ways of farming ! Passion and dedication is the key !
My grandfather retired as a bank officer and went back to our village to do farming after living in many cities. Grandmother does not like what he is doing as well as village life. The cashflow from organic farming is also not great.

1. Unless one is really passionate, one shouldn't get into it. This applies for almost any thing or profession in life. You should also have decent experience with growing a few varieties of plants with consistent success. 2. If you are very typical urbanite and want रौनक in your life all the time... you shouldn't. If you feel lonely without a whole lot of people around you... don't! If as a couple you don't get well together... simply don't! 3. If you have health issues or concerns in middle age... you shouldn't. Age will only make matters worse. 4. Growing your own food or most of it... gives an immense sense of achievement. Only those who have doen it know. 5. No amount of comfort in any resort or hotel will give the pleasure of being in one's own property or home. Unless one is shallow. 6. Fortunately technology and newer methods have enabled a lot of people take up farming with less labour and more machines/tools. This sort of labour is skilled/semi skilled type, also. 7. Agriculture and a rural life style can't make you rich but can make life fulfilling and enjoyable for people who wish to take it up. 8. A small integrated farm can ensure one can sustain. But should be fairly close to a city or large town not exceeding 15 kms on a proper motor able road. 9. Under no circumstance involve yourself with village politics. Just stay away!

Guruji, I think what you spoke about is Upar Upar ki baat, meaning bas jo behavior appko logo ka dikh raha hai. Deep down the problem you are talking about is more psychological & behavioral. For Eg. in first 1 minute in the video you already clarified that you want to live in hustle-bustle and be a big consumer of things probably not thinking on what is the cost of that consumerism. But then there are people who can't live in the hustle-bustle places and don't want to consume 100 different types of products to live their lives. So there are dfferent types of personalities and broadly we are talking here about 2 personalities having opposite traits. The problem happens when either kind of personality starts giving gyan to the other one, which means there is no one-size-fits-all-lifestyle and this certainly cannot be painted by same brush for all the people in Middle Class for which you claim to create your content. So the better gyaan is that people should know clearly what is the origination of the feeling that they have when they want to live in the city or on a small town or a village. If the underline is clear, then someone can easily adjust around other things. Now it can either be City or Village, but the key is self-awareness and not indulge in Bhed-chaal or Dekha-Dekhi. The best would be if a person gets a chance to experience both kind of things in his life and then finally choose that this is the kind of life that I want. The example you gave for the 90year lady, it might be that her personality was always to be more in a happening area with 10 different things to consume, but she was stuck in the village.
I also agree woth your view. Not all may be interested in the hustle bustle. But one needs to prepare while shifting. Try out a few months every year, make relationships etc. Then if it works out, then can shift. Ground work is needed.
recently I was in a small town . bought some tree for my house . We had a chat . he said with nursery i nave 12 acer that earns me 25 lakh away form hustle and bustle of city kids are going to school . city is expensive . he grows fruits in the land . My wife is from that region . So i know that expense is very low . school fee is like around 6k month ( maximum ) , tuition is like 1500-2000 Rs month . max people do farming . From my knowledge people use intensive pesticides and that cost a lot of money . if people use natural means like jivamrit , cow dung and others , that can save a lot of money . but we as humans find easy way out that is not always good in the long run .

Food price inflation is expected shortly, if india has excess food, our exports can bring in lot of cash flow. Todays modern day facility is not really facility..sleeping on a coir bed in an aircon room is not great compared to sleeping in breeze of a banyan tree. The story about the old lady made me tear up. Mai pure Dil se chaahti hun ki mere maa baap ke generation ke saare log us umar tak jeevit rahein jahan unme jine ka jazba aa jaaye, chehre pe shitalta aur baat me swaad aa jaaye. Warna toh jahan dekho kisi ikke dukke ko chhor ke sab rote hi dikhte hain, we did it all, we know it all, we don't get anything at all, no one loves us at all, life is not worth living at all. Hey prabhu. 🙏 Mai apne saas sasur ke paas (saath nahi, paas) jada rehti hun maa baap se isliye unke saath ka ek experience share karna chaahti hun. Hum sab baithe the toh hum dono beta Bahu unko samjha rahe the ki kyu unke liye khush rehna, apni sehat ka dhyaan dena jaruri hai, toh Maine kaha, abhi aapko 20 30 saal aur jeena hai (dono are in their early 60s). Saasu maa immediately boli aise mat kaho, tum hi jiyo itna, hume ab jeene ki iccha nahi hai and she was very defensive about it. Aawaz me dard bhi tha aur dhamki bhi. Maa baap ke emotional draame ke aage koi logic nahi kaam karta toh mai chup ho gayi par Mann hi mann kaha, bhagwaan na karein ki aap aise chali jaayein mummy ji, koi yaad bhi shaayad na kare itni bitterness bhari aapki baaton ko. Bhagwaan karein aap woh buzurg ho kar sukh chain se jaayein, jo itna dekh chuke hote hain jeevan ki ya toh unki baatein funny lagti hain, anand deti hain, ya bahut gehra gyaan. Woh buzurg jo 90 saal ki umar me jeevan kya hai pucchne par bole, bas jo jee liya wahi jeevan hai.
Sir you are right..he maine experience kiya hai...hum north Indian plane mai rahne wale log jinhone sab Mausam feel kiya hotaa hai bachpan se.....it feel really depressing after 2to 3month...same temperature wale jagah pe.. mujhe kafi depressing lagta tha....
Really well explained & much needed content & make a video on organic products too, sometimes i feel it's also a marketing gimmick , to convince middle class to spend more on necessities
its not gimmick . due to intense pesticide use , an entire village of Bhatinda is facing cancer problem . And it will make the land worst too . then will have to eat gmo food only . organic food taste better . I have mango , orange tree in house and they are much batter in taste as compared to market one . I just put up gauva and annar tree in my backyard .
@@photomadan9282 totally agree with you sir, but I am feeling , in metro cities few shops market the product for much higher prices just buy giving a label of organic, we can't check them whether they're organic or not or our government should bring up some strict certification method. Then only it's worth paying a high price.
How about high tech farming. India is net importer for fruit and it is growing. How about farming of produce which you can market and sell? Looking forward for your thoughts on this. 😊
Its a capital intensive farming...even in most developed countries manual workforce is less in a farm compared to our country. If a farmer in india is able to afford such machineries its a good option.
for fruits it take 3 years to reap the rewards . unless one dose it systematically . plant procurement is most important . then one need to think about what to grow in the space between and all like seasonal vegetable . and vegetables require a lot of intense work like water and insects and other stuff . but one can do if one has no work and has money and doses not want to live in crowded city . Ifone really know the people of village like risthedari ( some family or extended family already doing it ) that will really help . getting water lines from one place /someone's land to your for repairing and stuff is not easy .
Farming is in our blood.. Only land and gold is real wealth..not this banks note, which can be printed as much as any corrupted democratic country wants 🤷🏻♂️ Mai manta hu ki jitna jyafa ho sake zameen aur sona kharid kar rakho do...kisike baap ka himmat nhi inka value kam karneka over time👍
Getting the vibe which sango wants us to observe, Many people fantasise a lot and buys the land to live the this dream, while middle class must focus on generating cash flow and use that cash flow to gain experience, mazaa ij life, across india there are many oasis Keep Drinking water from there by spending money But seems idea has stuck hard , many focusing on farming while its more about chill and relax with the help pf cash flow in life
Guruji, bilkul sahi advice di hai aapne. Humari family me already village me badi zameen hai aur waqai me bahut mayoosi hoti hai jab bhi 2 din k liye wahan jana padta hai, aur na koi social circle hota hai aisi jagah pe, aur kuch farm yield bhi khas nahi hai, bus pushtaini hai isliye jaate hain, lekin investment k liye bahut bura idea hai!
dear ye jo social circle hai vo hi to problem hai . and did you ever tought ki why the yiedl is low , how can it be increased , what is that you are doing wrong in the feild .
@@photomadan9282 considering the quality labour costs, pesticides and fertilizers and then marketing the same with lowest minimum support pricess doesn't come up with any sound gain. The land thus becomes a heritage and a legacy. Sarkar ko bahut kaam karna hai, with regards to basic infra at the rural level, aur asal kaam kuch nahi hua hai ground pe. Koi bhi productive youth in gaawo me rukna nahi chahta, sabko sarkari naukri ki tayyari karni hai, which also mskes manpower availablity a real challenge. Sub neta type log reh jaate hain bus.
This has been my fantasy for some time but husband won't support. Organic farming and simple living. Sad is if a man decides woman follows but vice vversa is not always the case. Living overseas between consumer society I see more things that I dislike than like and would love to be adopting simple healthy lifestyle.
Sir, how do you come up with this topic? This has been my fantasy and I'll make sure I do it in the next 20 years. Although before investing we need to be very cautious as the prices are inflated and fraud happens as well.
Sir now village equally facilities with city in Basic facility. If your motherland then, it is best place to live. Health, peace and Satisfaction. I lived equal at rural as well as city. Practically as well as emotionly best optipn living rural area.
You dont like in farm because you dont have the structure of your time you want to spend. I go my farm every day and spend 3 hours with a proper time table. Farm check - Walk - Rest . one hour each.
Farming can be done in city also and within a room. Few days back a family had grown afeem in one room but due to their bad luck they caught by police when they were trying to sell their first crop 😂
Sir, please aapse puchna hai ki jo jaadu tonna (totka) ye sb jo dusre ka bura krne ke liye krte hai tau hm kya kr skte hai. Sir mai ye sb jyaada manta nhi but shayad, kuch-kuch aisi chizee ho rhi hai ki lgta hai ki koi jaan bujh kr krta hai. Jaise meri mummy and bhai dono kyi dino se bimar hai. Doctor dwai sb krdiye pr thik nhi ho rhe hai. Please sir aap guide kree.
Hi Sir can you also give clarity on psycology, how brain works, what r thoughts, how to get rid of overthinking. And live from a concious mind rather than subconcious mind.
But Guruji if I want to start own farming business then buying a farming land will be worth ?? Bcz farming land is cheaper than plot & industrial plot. Kindly suggest 🙏
Amit ji aapne kabhi kheti Kari nahi toh aap kaise bol sakte hai farming ke baare mei, ye toh galat hai, jis tarah aapne apne video mei kaha tha ki acharya prashanth ne shadi nahi ki toh, kaise bol sakte hai shadi kr bare mein. Issi tarah phele kuch farming ke concepts dekhiye phele like permaculture, zero budget natural farming & avartansheel kheti uske baad aapki soch badal jayegi farming ko lekar.

How about cost of living in a self sustaing farm post retirement. The cost of living will drastically reduce. It should not be as bad as you tell. Of course it is not easy, but is it worth it ...thats the question. Self susatainibility is probably the key.

In a marriage a biggest difficulty is adjustment with new people although we marry in the same community but celebrities have all the means to take care of their comfort
Thank you sir!! Every time you talk we think off
The story about the old lady made me tear up. Mai pure Dil se chaahti hun ki mere maa baap ke generation ke saare log us umar tak jeevit rahein jahan unme jine ka jazba aa jaaye, chehre pe shitalta aur baat me swaad aa jaaye. Warna toh jahan dekho kisi ikke dukke ko chhor ke sab rote hi dikhte hain, we did it all, we know it all, we don't get anything at all, no one loves us at all, life is not worth living at all. Hey prabhu. 🙏 Mai apne saas sasur ke paas (saath nahi, paas) jada rehti hun maa baap se isliye unke saath ka ek experience share karna chaahti hun. Hum sab baithe the toh hum dono beta Bahu unko samjha rahe the ki kyu unke liye khush rehna, apni sehat ka dhyaan dena jaruri hai, toh Maine kaha, abhi aapko 20 30 saal aur jeena hai (dono are in their early 60s). Saasu maa immediately boli aise mat kaho, tum hi jiyo itna, hume ab jeene ki iccha nahi hai and she was very defensive about it. Aawaz me dard bhi tha aur dhamki bhi. Maa baap ke emotional draame ke aage koi logic nahi kaam karta toh mai chup ho gayi par Mann hi mann kaha, bhagwaan na karein ki aap aise chali jaayein mummy ji, koi yaad bhi shaayad na kare itni bitterness bhari aapki baaton ko. Bhagwaan karein aap woh buzurg ho kar sukh chain se jaayein, jo itna dekh chuke hote hain jeevan ki ya toh unki baatein funny lagti hain, anand deti hain, ya bahut gehra gyaan. Woh buzurg jo 90 saal ki umar me jeevan kya hai pucchne par bole, bas jo jee liya wahi jeevan hai.
Excellent information.. too good
Sir you are right..he maine experience kiya hai...hum north Indian plane mai rahne wale log jinhone sab Mausam feel kiya hotaa hai bachpan se.....it feel really depressing after 2to 3month...same temperature wale jagah pe.. mujhe kafi depressing lagta tha....
Sir ..we need young and experience youth councellor like you...warna aaj ke bujurg...tv chai newspaper....se uper uth hi nahi rahe😅😢
Sir ek video banaiye ki khali lamd pe agar snakes ka ghar ban gaya hai to uska kya karein please
Muje pahad p rhna hai
Only land and gold is real wealth..not this banks note, which can be printed as much as any corrupted democratic country wants 🤷🏻♂️
Mai manta hu ki jitna jyafa ho sake zameen aur sona kharid kar rakho do...kisike baap ka himmat nhi inka value kam karneka over time👍
Koi real time return nahi hae bhai
Getting the vibe which sango wants us to observe,
Many people fantasise a lot and buys the land to live the this dream,
while middle class must focus on generating cash flow and use that cash flow to gain experience, mazaa ij life,
across india there are many oasis
Keep Drinking water from there by spending money
But seems idea has stuck hard , many focusing on farming while its more about chill and relax with the help pf cash flow in life
Sahi kaha sir aapne
Guruji, bilkul sahi advice di hai aapne. Humari family me already village me badi zameen hai aur waqai me bahut mayoosi hoti hai jab bhi 2 din k liye wahan jana padta hai, aur na koi social circle hota hai aisi jagah pe, aur kuch farm yield bhi khas nahi hai, bus pushtaini hai isliye jaate hain, lekin investment k liye bahut bura idea hai!
Absolutely true
dear ye jo social circle hai vo hi to problem hai . and did you ever tought ki why the yiedl is low , how can it be increased , what is that you are doing wrong in the feild .
The best advice !
This has been my fantasy for some time but husband won't support. Organic farming and simple living. Sad is if a man decides woman follows but vice vversa is not always the case. Living overseas between consumer society I see more things that I dislike than like and would love to be adopting simple healthy lifestyle.
Sir
Opens my eye
Superb content and explanation Amitji👌👍
Sir, how do you come up with this topic? This has been my fantasy and I'll make sure I do it in the next 20 years. Although before investing we need to be very cautious as the prices are inflated and fraud happens as well.
bahut khoob 👍

Thank you very much 🙏
Nailed it sir
You dont like in farm because you dont have the structure of your time you want to spend. I go my farm every day and spend 3 hours with a proper time table. Farm check - Walk - Rest . one hour each.
My thinking is same 👍👌👏👏😁
Farming can be done in city also and within a room. Few days back a family had grown afeem in one room but due to their bad luck they caught by police when they were trying to sell their first crop 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hi Sir can you also give clarity on psycology, how brain works, what r thoughts, how to get rid of overthinking. And live from a concious mind rather than subconcious mind.
But Guruji if I want to start own farming business then buying a farming land will be worth ?? Bcz farming land is cheaper than plot & industrial plot. Kindly suggest 🙏
Good advice 😊
Pls do make a video on whether one should buy lab grown diamonds or real diamonds ....festive season is around..
Eye opener...
I like that hobby
Absolutely agree!
Hard work keya tha lady ne village me tabhi 95 age tk jinda h.....don't make fool people guru ji
Amit ji aapne kabhi kheti Kari nahi toh aap kaise bol sakte hai farming ke baare mei, ye toh galat hai, jis tarah aapne apne video mei kaha tha ki acharya prashanth ne shadi nahi ki toh, kaise bol sakte hai shadi kr bare mein. Issi tarah phele kuch farming ke concepts dekhiye phele like permaculture, zero budget natural farming & avartansheel kheti uske baad aapki soch badal jayegi farming ko lekar.
Very true
Already liked the video 🎉👍
I THINK ITS MORE ABOUT HOW BAD IS INFRASTRUCTURE IN OUR COUNTRY , OTHERWISE FARMERS WILL BE LIVING A GOOD LIFE
Bhaiya aapne numerology wali series start ki thi aap to bhul gye...ek vid bnao na jisme kis no ka kis dusri no se acchi bonding hoti h y btao...jese 1-5 ek vid me kr do nd 6-9 dusri vid me..
Advice full of rugged earthy common sense!
How about cost of living in a self sustaing farm post retirement. The cost of living will drastically reduce. It should not be as bad as you tell. Of course it is not easy, but is it worth it ...thats the question. Self susatainibility is probably the key.
Sir please make a vdo on
Should we make gf in college.
Is it a time waste.
Should we focus on relationship and career both or on career only.(coz only focusing on relationship is pure stupidity)
Medical facilities bhi chahiye...🙏🙏🙏
Sir i'm laughing non stop. iam the same way person thing about after retirement
