Gotta hand it to you, these animations are looking great. And they are a great example of one of my favourite things about the game and its humour; You can make fan-work on it as ridiculous as you want, and it’ll still look like it belongs in the game.
Peppino being able to bounce back from repeatedly getting hit and squashed, and gradually getting better at the fight as it progresses, is a very important detail.
This is why Vigilante is the best boss - he fights with honor
hes a man who keeps a fair fight.
...if we close eyes to his firethrower... and dynamites... and cows... ghost of his grandma... cardboard cowboys... but he doesnt kill Peppino while hes vulnerable, its fair, so yeah.
@@p0tatah Technically he needs the edge due to him being just a cheese slime and peppino being a strong italian man who can run at mach 4 and break through metal blocks. ..So yeah, seems fair in my eyes.

YO THAT WAS SO BADASS, love the added story of them having to put aside their differances and fight the onslaught of Weenie Mounts, though I would've also loved to see Peppino riding a Weenie while Vigil rides his realistic cow, riding side by side and shooting eachother. Still, this' really sick, effort's on full display!

The Vigilante is a yellow Cheeseslime wearing a cowboy hat. He is the grandson of John E. Cheese, the former owner of Fun Farm, which he now owns. He was apparently tricked by Pizzaface into thinking Peppino is a wanted criminal using forgery, leading to his fight at the Western District.
Boss Room
To access the boss room, the player needs to pay Mr. Stick 150$, or 15 Toppins.
The room is a stage play-like arena, made out of painted wood with desert-themed cutouts, and with the background being a painted wall of the Tower. As Peppino enters the boss fight, The Vigilante looks at a "wanted" poster with Peppino on it.
During the second phase, the background changes to sunset and everything else is silhouetted.
Boss Fight
Main Gimmick of the Vigilante
The Vigilante hands Peppino a pistol to use for the whole fight. This replaces the grab and can rapidly fire bullets or be charged for a giant, stronger bullet. However, the stronger bullet gets shot immediately after being charged, so the player needs to wait for the right moment to use it. The pistol is the player's only means of damaging The Vigilante, as he does not leave himself open for any other attacks.

Final phase: one final stand off
The vigilante teaming with peppino was so *MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM*
