This Ski-Doo triple race or possibly mountain mod sled, that I bought had caught fire in the past, but now we are just one step closer to having this vintage project running again.

It is a mountain sled that someone tried to build, those custom paddles and the extended skid, It wouldn't make sence that it would be a race sled cause they could just upgrade the mach Z instead of customizing some goofy sled

That’s a Polaris track, different secondary to get some track speed, and the bars sure make it seem like it was an old Chute Sled although you make an interesting point about having no tach.

No return fuel line on that setup. It’s a dual-pump setup (one pump stacked on top of the other) so there are 2 pickup lines in the fuel tank. After 1996/97, they switched to a single, high-flow pump with larger diameter fuel lines.

put allen key hex bolts on the carb bowls and thank me later, been doing it for years after all my yamaha screws would strip and i'd have to notch them out to get out!!

I've got a special set of snap-on claw-pliers that take the screws out, everytime! I don't usually use a screwdriver.

this setup was one of the setup i planned in the futur, i cant wait to see you shred that thing up compare to modern sled, if you find it too low think about swapping it in rev body with crankshop custom pipe. should be crazy enough
