- Olly and Davi take a trip to BikePark Wales to find out what it takes to build, maintain and manage a successful bike park. On this episode the lads spend a full day with the on-site trail crew to discover how they ensure the trails are running perfectly for all types of mountain bike rider, take a look at the equipment they use, the daily job list, get to know the team and checkout the app that controls the entire bike park.

All the crew at BPW do a marvellous job and seeing Duncan in his element. Oh is Billy Thackery there still. ( For those who don't know.Billy was known as Billy Trailstar and featured in Dirt Magazine "Down and out on a Hardtail".) Cheers Davi and Olly. Such an important video, trails don't just appear and maintain themselves! If you ride somewhere for free, you should be going to dig days for trail maintenance!

Fab video, great work boy. BPW really are the pinnacle of UK bike parks. We can learn a lot from these guys for our tiny park in deepest darkest Cornwall.

Duncan Ferris used to be a top 4X racer, in fact I think he used to race for GB! He used to ride at the KIS 4X tracks (Probably the first one to be ever made at Cranham, Gloucestershire) years ago.

Awesome film, really interesting stuff, even the wife enjoyed it. I do have a complaint though - the sound you use to bleep out swearing, its the same noise as a squeaker toy - both my dogs went f*ckin mental whilst we were watching. 🐶
