They ask him a question, and then while he is answering it, they ask him 3-4 more questions while talking over him and then complain he isn't answering their questions. Every time I see that, it tells me that they are not interested in what he has to say - but that they would rather just vent at him and complain, because in their minds nothing he says is ultimately going to matter because their minds are made up. They're not interested in his explanations... unless they feel it is something they can bait him with.
