great singer live and on the recordings. personally I think this one was dubbed a bit. If you start listening at 3:06 and listen carefully to the nest 2 lines it sounds as if the mix is slightly different, like maybe a mic change or something. They want the best performance they can on these because a LOT of people will be listening so I don't blame them for dubbing a little. Not to mention he doesn't want to sing himself right out of having a voice. IE Axl Rose, Sebastian Back and lots more
The vocals in the backing is for the band, not him. He has it played to him through an earpiece. It's incredibly difficult when singing live to keep to the right key with the sheer volume of the sound in the venue.
whatever they did, im sure walmart had somthing to do with it. Despite whatever this is, brent can sing and CAN hit his high notes. Hell just check out his live vids, it shows.

They're not lipsyncing... They're just freaking good on live presentations
