A comment to help you with the algorithm.
One of the main reasons why I bought this game was because of the french army. Just wished they've added more lesser (in this case, never) seen battles instead of the same-old-same D-Day. I hope we see the southeast Asia or Italy someday

Thank you! Actually, the modding community has been trying to do that. There's Shifting Sands for North Africa (Libya), Chapter Red for the Eastern Front and a lot of modded maps when it comes to the invasion of France.
And even in the vanilla version! We already have operation Market Garden, Colmar & Haguenau which are lesser seen battles.
But it's true that it would be really cool to see some of the Myanmar (formerly Burma) Campaign or the Italian Campaign of WWII.
