MK6 VW GTI Tire Rotation

In this video, I will be showing you my process for tire rotation on my 2012 MK6 VW GTI.
I rotate my tires about every 5000 miles. This is what the mechanics at the shop where I get my tire mounting and alignments done recommended to me.

Shouldn't change anything about the procedure at all.

Actually not always. Depends on the car and what type of tires you're using.
In my case, my owner's manual says front-to-back, back-to-front without switching sides. Also the tires I'm using are unidirectional which means the tread pattern is designed in such a way that they're not supposed to be flipped around. But in any case, your owner's manual will have the correct procedure for your specific car.

I was also surprised to see my owner's manual say to rotate thus way.
