I started running when I was only 68😅,i am 73 now and had my fair share of injuries in that time, i am learning all the time. I did 8 Half marathons last year, and 2 so far this year .i have entered my first Marathon next April, Just hoping to get to the start and finish. I would like to improve on my best time. 5k 21.40 10k last night 48.44 and HM last May 1.44.30..Never too old. Although I find us older runners are not recognized soon times, In one HM it was only over 50 that got prizes, and another 2 was over 60, 😢
