4:30 lifelong Coloradan here. Although you say not mountains, those are some sizable pine-covered hills ⛰️⛰️ Consider one of them long spiked collars for your little guy with foxes and coyotes around 🙏🐶❤🛡
When we are out in the deadfall, I pull his harness off so he doesn’t get hung up. The spiked collar wouldn’t help much with a coyote, Sam would get grabbed by the body. Generally, if they see a human, they take off, so I’m not super worried about it here. I had one not notice me a few years back, and TerribleTed (our Last Yorkie) was deaf, so he didn’t notice it until it was about 10 feet away. I yelled, and it ran for it.
Your little pupper is certainly an adventurous and fearless little guy 🥰🐶 Are Yorkies double coated? Because your little guy seems indifferent to the cold ❄️🛡🐕

"Because you look delicious" LOL!
@@KristinHaugstoga Yea, he would be an appetizer at best. ;-)

No, and that’s why I’m always surprised when he looks like he doesn’t notice the cold.
Our last Yorkie was pretty rugged that way too.
