Ocean your hair looks so pretty! I love the face framing bangs :) also yeah hair training is a myth and only works super well for certain hair types but not so well for others, I usually wash my hair every day/every other day depending on whether i have to take the dirty nyc subway loll

I do not train my hair. But I only wash my hair once a week out of laziness and because that's what I've always done. My hair does get hella oily by the end of the week, but that's what the 'clean' girl look is for lmao.

I trained my hair for 5-7 days when I used to do daily. It depends on the person! I hv virgin hair so I don’t know if that factors in & no heat.
