For dolan, he needs to decide himself and fight for one position. Is he a winger, or is he a striker. Because that would determine his focus and how he should be developing. As for defenders I would see if liverpool would part with koumatio permanently, what he showed in his very little spell is he's a powerful defender which we lack, he's also a left sided player.
With regards to ash phillips he's joined tottenham who have signed other 18/19 year olds who are playing first team football when ash is going to Plymouth whereas wharton gave us an extra 6 months and is now an international footballer.
@callumrobinson4137 definetly, he's got bags of talent that he doesn't show consistently because he's trying to play 5 different positions. Keep him as an out and out winger for a season, and we could see a player of the year calibre player.
Ask Tez why despite the club pumping hundreds of thousands into the Muslim community projects. Why only a tiny percentage come down? At the cost of fans who’ve been going for many years.
In full agreement to keep him, as fans we show no loyalty towards players and we want them to show loyalty when they come good. Pears has been alright, he needs a stable back line and our defence was anything but stable including Hyam at times. He's still young for a keeper and certainly has potential.

I agree with you 100 but i dont think dolan can be a striker in a eustace system he cant hold the ball up

I don't think we need a new keeper... I completely disagree, maybe is not Kaminsky but Pears is Championship top level.
