I bought the jdgarage thc for $160, since then I bought the langumire crossfire pro and never used the thc, If you want it let me know $100 plus shipping. I started with the JDG small table then built a 5x10, but with growing my business I had to have something more reliable. I enjoyed the process and learning everything, I just couldn't afford to have the down time. When I have time ill get back to my 5x10 table one day.
@@kerryholt7102 also what kinds of products do you make? Do you just cut out signs and stuff? I'm starting to see that small projects like these are fine for starting out but in the long run it will be hard to keep up with.
I see you've been tackling a lot of issues with your plasma table. Given the time and effort it takes to build and set it up properly, do you think it might be better to just buy a quality, lower-end unit instead? Your videos are great.
Awesome channel... subscribed.... I'm from Bangladesh...I also make a diy plasma CNC from my wood CNC. I'm working on it... Bought a 65A plasma cutter and 200 leter air compressor...Does my air compressor work well during whole cutting process?
@ThyialIndustries I can't trigger plasma torch with g code. My CNC controller (richauto a11)works with 24v signal. I tried to trigger plasma torch using SSR-25 DA. But SSR doesn't on. I also use tip41c transistor to trigger SSR but doesn't work. SSR always triggered...i have 5v relay. How to connect it
You’re a great guy. But you do silly things. You know you need a Thc from the first video you tested the machine. The amount of metal sheet you ruined would have paid for your Thc 😅 come on, I want to see you succeed. Stop shooting yourself in the foot cause the “talent” you have is unique. By the way don’t have adhd? Just because the skills you represent and learnt by yourself is a different level I hope you understand that :) I’m planning to do similar in 2025 (about to relocate my life first) Look into powder coating as well. It can give a boost on your prices and let you produce better quality in some instances. Anyway I signed up :)

If I had one piece of advice for anyone building or buying a plasma table....... THC is a must! I'm surprised langmuir offers it as an upgrade.
