Great, simple explanation. I like that you didn’t spend 5 minutes talking g before you got into the project.
@@aaronrohrbeck4647 I try not to do that lol
This makes me want to build my own. Guess its time to.
Do it!
actually you can get it free
@@lad208 you can get what free exactly?
@@ThyialIndustries yes i see a free plan online i think someone bought it and post it for free cads all parts and assembly included

hello . were i can find this part mounted barket you made in aluminium ? do you have enny web site ?
@@growenergy9315 Thyialindustries.com I don't have it listed yet though
Great job, You make it easy, Thank you.
@@pauldimitras1408 👍😁
you need a more volume, the set-up time it's long a lot a tool, a lot of set-up . you need try 50 or 100 pcs , the raw material it's pricy , come in 20 foot long i think i charge the bar for your job
@@monsieurb24 not at that point in business... But would love to get there some day
*Great ideal. I really like the way you were constantly pivoting to generate more leads*
@@dexterousx92 to this day, I'm still having to do that

@@bobrossi1185 ahh didn't even think of that. Just used what was on hand
they used it to ut metal in their test video and that looks nothing like a lightsaber

Very nice and simple. I’m thinking about reducing these by 25% for my quail to ignore completely and continue laying eggs in the middle of their run.
@@maegong2672 🤣 oh no
I did my pan drain the same way. Works well. I did chain drags as well however kept the plasma cable still hanging on a pivot above in fear of EMI issues between the plasma and the motor wires. If all of a sudden your machine stops. Pretty good chance it was EMI. I found the arduino very susceptible to being affected by EMI.
@@yoti-fab I might be experiencing a few issues like that. Not quite a full storage. But very slow response times from the machine. All of my cables are shielded and grounded.
It's amazing what companies throw away. I kept looking at the mic you're using. I was helping clean out a college building for remodel. It happened to be where they did audio video classes. I got Mics and sound / insulation panels for free simply because they were just upgrading.
@@silverback3541 yeah that's pretty crazy. I know we threw thousands of pounds of steel away too
Love your videos. I'm in the middle of building my own JDG cutter. How did your wire in the second X axis motor? Is like to incorporate that design too.
@@afmuse76 I have two separate drivers but the Arduino is sending the same pulse/dir signal to both drivers. Essential just pig tailed them together. If one of the motors is turning the wrong way just flip the dir wires
@@ThyialIndustries Thank you. I was hoping it would be that simple. I remember you mentioning something about the vibration in the belts because of this setup. Did you find a fix for that?
@@afmuse76 would have to figure out a way to mechanically bind both motors. ie. Ball screws, or rack and pinion. The belts have too much tolerance
Great work, can't wait to see the next parts ! Greetings from France !

Yes. I'm very grateful of the opportunities I have and I don't take that for granted.

Congrats 🎉 thy. Of course, there will be some problems from the beginning. The biggest enemy of plasma cutters is moisture from the supply air. Don't forget to add moisture desiccant
