Bin stolz einen D70 zu haben. Mag die 80iger und 90iger synth sowieso. Digital wie analog, waren geile Kisten und da bin ich froh so ziemlich alle zu haben :)

Just get yourself a Kurzweil, the models with 32 layer cascade VAST and you will never have any problems recreating sounds from any 80's, 90's pop songs.

Kurzweil is great. I have an K2000V3 and a K2600XS. Great machines, but i also have the D70/D50 and so on. Nearly 100 Machine still today

@@RWPproject The VAST is way much more powerful from the PC3 and onwards, 32 layers Cascade Dynamic VAST is a huge leap from what you can achieve with the K2600.

D70 is legend and Narcotic is not the same without it. But getting your hand on old hardware is problematic, if you are not lucky to own one. Can you please share your patch for Fantom 0? Its not same, but according to what i can hear on one of your Instagram post, its much better result than mine. We have Narcotic on playlist for our small cover band. Thanks in advance. Peter.

I wonder why you think modern FX are not as good as vintage. Perhaps it's because we all like what we are used to? It would have been nice to hear your Fantom version as well, but I expect that would be a lot more work to make a video. Anyway, a very interesting video. Thank you so much.

Thanks a lot. I think mainly the issue is the hardware D/A conversion that is build in in todays workstations. For sure there are dedicated FX hardware that sounds great, but this is expensive.
We are at a point where the cost issues become so obvious that we can hear it immediately.
