@@SUBIZIEIRIO BRO LETS FUCKIN GO. i’m so happy that you invested in your build!! what kind of downpipes??? yes i’ve been tuned for about 2 years hella oil changes and always checking coolant and change belt!!! most imp mod is heat exchanger bro and the mods don’t mean much other than sound without the support of a tune. if you don’t have certified pre owned get an extended warranty before you mod it. also go lock in with a local service advisor and have them do a multipoint inspection before you go crazy.
@@HighTideChris i went with ams lower downpipes. I also recently had my turbos changed under warranty and had a new belt put in. Just waiting on that warranty to expire before i really tune it. Got a year on the warranty left. My next mods for sure is a heat exchanger and catch can. Gotta prioritize that engine health. Heard too many bad stories about the engine but im sure those people weren’t properly maintaining their vehicle.

exactly all these bad stories okay cool you also weren’t changing oil every 4k and you let your sh dry out of coolant but you call the platform bad. nah bro I think yeah there were some manufacture issues but for the most part you can’t mod a vehicle and not expect for more maintenance.
but bro i’m locked tf in. like I already have a plan if I God Forbid blow my motor. a new block is less than upgraded turbos. so if you plan to keep the q you chillin bro this car will be a classic.

I was wondering if ur car has check engine light on from ams full downpipes? I have ark grip and ams full dp installed on the Q50 and my check light went on a week after, will a tune fix this problem? I was deciding on going with race box custom tune.
@@Randy_Mon a tune will def fix the problem. you probably stepped on it a little to hear and th car doesn’t realize fhe less back pressure it has without the relearn from tune.
@@Randy_Mon i’m sure they installed it and swapped the o2 sensor on cas the check engine light didn’t come on when you first installed it.
How reliable do you think a tuned Q will last , i’m at 50k miles and Im just worried bout something blowing up while im tuned
I think it can last bro I know boys in my sonictuned chat that are up to 150-200. I actually went with mark from sonictuned because he’s the most reliable tuner. out of all the hundreds of cars he’s tuned, pretty much nothing blew. and that’s amazing. the more you beat and mod, the more you gotta take care.
it’s a daily bro, but you want to also try to help make it last. if it’s not gonna be your daily then go crazy. but a full bolt on q tuned on 93 is still super reliable.
turbo seals if you drive in flame map all day like an idiot and always check coolant and oil levels and change belt every 5
