Ha ha lol “bogan dust” that’s golden! It was me that mentioned it to you along with the frozen mango and a heap of other stuff. I’m really loving this format, hearing all these stories helps in to many ways to list! And please don’t down play the effect your having with people and what really keeps smashing it is the education your providing... edumacation is key to weight control sustainability I believe and your helping with that. 👏
Hey Simon, I hope you can read this but thank you so much for sharing your story and for being honest and what a road you’ve been down and hats off to you. I’ve learned so much during this interview and had no idea how much you go through doing weight loss surgery. All the best mate. Well done Ash 👍
Thanks Ben really appreciate the support, a lot was shared and a lot of reflection, even watching this, I didn’t realise how much weight and weight loss impacted my life.
Simon Mackay and what you said about the high school canteens I used to get a 600ml farmers union iced coffee for recess and for lunch and I just had a look and it has 60g of sugar... each!!! 🤦♂️
Another great interview with a great story.. Great job Simon this is what people need to hear and inspiration for those who want to start or have started their weight loss journey. Thanks again Ash these videos are what keeps us going to keep pushing to smash them goals!! #respect 🤜🏽🤛🏽
That was a great fat chat video you really hit some hard points there with the throwback stories and the expectations of how this weight loss journey continues for all of us and what we would like to achieve and kicking goals. Love these fat chat videos as the content is real and that everyone speaks from the heart.
That was such a great interview, Simon your story was great and had all the feels. Could definitely relate to what you said about school eating and day in day out eating crap. I recently went to a yd men’s clothing store and I remember when I was buying clothes for my wedding and they said sorry we won’t stock you size and this time around when buying a suit for a wedding the guys like “ your about a 34 in pants right?” I was like holy shit really and sure enough I fit in a 34 compared to just squeezing into a 42. Great work guys PS Ash they are Potato Cakes not scallops 🤣🤣🤣

It's an amazing story. Having the surgery is a massive commitment for the rest of your life. It was great chatting to him.
