I am so glad I found you!! I have watched almost every video you have made and I love them!! You make cleaning not seem so daunting. Thank you so much for that. You Rock!!!
Thanks for posting this! Just wondering how this method works on builder grade paint....every time I wiped the walls with even just water, there is a different in the surface.
Yes, we use hot water and tide on cabinets all the time. If you are cleaning your kitchen cabinets and have tough cooking grease use yellow Mr.Clean. It is amazing for cutting through grease. You need to wipe with warm water afterwards. Mr. Clean leaves a streaky residue.
Magic eraser left so many spots on my walls from where I used it. The walls look worse now than before. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to rinse the wall after using magic eraser but I didn't know that at the time. It would be nice if you clarified that in the video
@@stephaniemueller4739 you should make a rinse with baking soda & wash everywhere, I think. Or rinse the magic eraser areas well, I suppose. It’s just baking soda, as mentioned, so it leaves a white residue.
it leaves a mark on mine when it’s low-quality paint. I’ve heard it’s because magic erasers are lightly abrasive like she states in the video, so it especially leaves a mark if you scrub too hard!

Thank you again Sarah! Love to see clean walls.
I’m so obsessed with my spring cleaning, I don’t have time for anything else! 😂

I’m older than small children at home, I swiffer my walls, do the walls need “washing” ? Genuinely asking. No children at home anymore.
Tide is not available in the country where i live.
Do all other powder laundry detergents work? 🙂
Thank you so much, would you use the same concept on ceilings especially one above the stove?
What type of paint and brand do you recommend?
Maybe this is a dumb question...but can you use your mop to clean your wall? Especially if it's just a living room wall no one touches?
Yay!!!! Sarah, you rock!
How do you resolve small shiny spots on painted walls?
Whats the paint sheen look like after all of that tho?
I thought you missed a spot but it was literally a speck of dirt on my phone screen 🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha we are planning a phone and device cleaning video.
Thank you need to clean my baseboards this week. Can I use the same thing for my cabinets to clean them?

You can see where I cleaned the walls when i use tide. Am I using too much?
Sounds like it, give it a wipe with just a wet rag to remove the extra residue and next time dial the Tide back a little.
Thanks!

That’s just bc now the rest of your wall needs cleaning too. Magic erasers are just baking soda.
@robinm3462 I washed all my walls and I can see the marks where I used magic eraser and where I didn't
