I like Cuffum/ Kuffum fish, too. We get it sometimes. You guys cooked the curry very well. The right name for gillbaka is yellow catfish and it is ban in new york that is why the guyanese on vacation to guyana make them so expensive in guyana. We get frozen ones in Brampton weekly.
Gilbaka used to be 10 and 15 feet long back in the days 1979 … now is babies gilbaka .. the head as big as an 12 inches across; might sound like joke… but God Knows, Lord Have mercy..❤🙏🇨🇦 TRUTHFULLY🙏
