All you have to do is throw two tablespoon’s of high wine in a cup with a tablespoon of honey, warm it in your microwave and throw it at the back of your throat or you can drink a package of cinnamon neocitran. It works wonders, but I don’t know if they sell it in Guyana. Can you please try reading in the night so you will get the hang of speaking English better. Tks.
