Hi friends in this video i have made an over under voltage protection circuit this circuit can be used for both ac and dc load you can set over voltage and under voltage limit when voltage goes above the over voltage limit or goes down the under voltage limit the relay turns off hope this video would be useful please like share and subscribe

1x LM393 IC
1x BC547 TRANSISTOR
1x BC557 TRANSISTOR
2x 5K VARIABLE RESISTORS
4x 1N4007 DIODES
1x 3V ZENER DIODE
3x LEDs ( RED, GREEN AND YELLOW )
5x 1K RESISTORS
3x 4.7K RESISTORS

Sir if 9 volt low cut ,then should get normal in 9.5volt ...(getting immediately at 9.1volt)..
Respectively ..high cut 13 volt , should get normal at 12.5v ( getting immediately at 12.9 volt)..
As voltage fluctuations, will get time to stabilize ,or else relay will chatter ..the load ... at border egde...
Kindly arrange the solution for this...

What transistor can I use in place of the bc 557. Thanks for any info. Great video.
Check BC557 datasheet for mA and use similar value.
This design would be applicable for lead battery and can set as threshold and do auto charge when reach to low and when it's reach to high can turn off charging

Yeh 220V ka hi hae. Bas is kay sath aik transformer, rectifier aur regulator laganay ki zaroorath hae.

Bhai, good circuit but es main Kuch Thora Samajh Nahin Aaya, es ke teeno terminal blocks ke connections Samajh Nahin Arahe, No.1 Load k + aur - 3 holes main Konse hole main lagane Hain, No.2 input supply 12v k + aur - konse hole main lagane Hain, No.3 Sense k Liye Jo Terminal Block hay es main konse + aur - Wires lagane hain, PLEASE HELP WITH THANKS.

use a 12v transformer connect a rectifier at its output the dc voltage will be given to vin

Not working, the yellow and green LED is glowing together. The 5k adjustable resistance doesn't changes much. The voltage at relay terminal is not enough to cut . At the supply of 12.8 V .

I think that the logic of the relay is opposite to what it's intention.
if you want to disconnect relay at higher voltage LED D4 glows when the output of op-amp U1:A is low- this allows PNP transistor Q1 to conduct which runs its follower NPN transistor Q2 and then the relay turns ON- so the relay runs when there is high voltage instead of disconnect at high voltage, same goes to low voltage detection.
At your footage we can hear the relay turning on and off but we cannot know if the coil is energised at that time or released.

Dear I want to use this on 220v direct I don't have sense voltage separately. Can I connect sense line to 12v supply directly?

Salaam Aleikum please Sir, does the anode of the diode 1N4007 Connect the 1k resistor of the green led? The line from the Anode seemed to penetrate through the 1k line creating an impression of connectivity of both from the Schematics.

What do you mean by the positive and negative input next to the 12-volt input in the circuit. Are there two sources of income?
I think that the 12V input is a fixed and stable voltage for the circuit to run normal and to energize the Comparator and the Relay and can be obtained from LM7812, but the other input is the variable voltage (like the battery under charge) , this voltage you want to control.
@@kamilokamal9522 if i connect positive and negative 12v dc lead at fixed and stable terminal and voltage goes down to 10 v or 9 v so circuit will not switch OFF the load
