In 2000, Elvis Costello was commissioned by the Aterballetto Dance Company of Reggio Emilia to compose music, "Il Sogno", for a choreography of Shakespeare's "A midsummer night's dream". Robert Davidson was invited by Costello to create a chamber version of the music for performance by The Brodsky Quartet and Topology in 2010. Here is their first performance of the new version, 8 August 2010 in the Brisbane Powerhouse.
