stop paying your water bill and see how long your drinking water stays available. I understand those with wells aren't affected but the vast majority of us already understand no money no water.
When you live in a country where Equal Justice Under The Law is a joke and for sale, what does one expect? Those who can afford to litigate win. They will just declare bankruptcy, and leave the state holding the bag. Anyone want to bet? Nothing will ever come of this, not in Ohio.
Have The EPA shut him down and classify it as a working contaminating drinking water then they can classify it as a super fund and start the cleanup process and confiscate the land at the same time
I can see these things happening. When I was doing remediation for old bombing ranges out in California, we had to dig down over 6' and we ran metal detectors over all of the soil. We pull out tons of lead and corroded metal bombs and bullet fragments. Fort Ord was the worst place I have ever been because the poison oak was mixed in with the dust and got under my Tyvek suit. I looked like Barnie with all the purple blotches.
He seems like a decent person to me. They politicians need a scapegoat, so they fine him. He pays the fine and starts to clean up and they pile on him again. He must have missed his payment to the big guy.
@@richardlamm4826 ok sure, but the fact that he "starts to clean up" implies there was a mess that wasn't cleaned up to begin with. So how about they start doing things in a way where they don't have to be fined before they do their job? They'd have nothing to "scapegoat" him on if there was nothing to cleanup right?

I am not a green guy nor do I believe in "climate change" (hasn't changed since I was a kid), but I also do not believe in polluting for no reason at all. They need to put this guy out of business.
Evans needs to sell the property to the EPA and let them clean it up the way they like it to their standards to make sure it's done perfectly and exactly the way they like it. And move his operation so far out into the wilderness than an EPA agent isn't paid enough to drive that far to check it out. With statements like that's a 10 hour drive.

The reporter said 1 million people are drinking polluted water because of Evans. That includes my family, and my neighbors. He's a real nice guy huh?
Why did they wait for 20 years?
Because Republicans don't give a crap
At his point, why is he not in jail ?
The community has to step in and force the shutdown. WITH FORCE.

Is the lead pastor from Crossroads going to vouch for Evans again. At his next trial?
It's only allowed if it's a political Criminal Who destroys the rivers in the land.

Make it a criminal action and go after this guy’s personal assets too.
Maybe kick it up the food chain and go federal
Do something about it....where is the epa??
