The driver should be treated as an adult with the DA. Charged with dozens of running of stop signs and speeding on every street, hit and runs, wreckless driving, endangering public. etc.. Needs to do a few months in county jail. No driver's license for 48 months.

If the Milwaukee Police Department continues to call off police chases, crime is only going to get worse since all they would have to do is drive recklessly for police to call it off.
