- unfortunately, I'm NOT sending out the asvab score sheet anymore. As for everything and always, the Air Force has changed a few things with jobs and their listings. I don't wanna steer anyone in the wrong direction. SORRY! thanks for understanding.

Love the hair and great content 😍 I was a recruiter and I currently work at MEPS a lot of those general jobs (medical) now fall under the Admin area so the scores have slightly changed. Also I wouldn’t recommend taking the practice test twice simply because it’s the same test and some people memorize as opposed to actually learning or working out the problems fully.

I have worked for the army medical 🏥 and civilian medical 🏥 hospitals for years ( army spouse and army brat )😀 I’m 33 my husband just retired and my father ❤️💕 I am thinking of going active duty air force ❤️💕 what is a good score for the medical 🏥 positions ! I love the family health centers and I know I want to work on base ( patient care , administrative etc ) kind of similar to what I do in the civilian Sector! I spoke to a recruiter about 6 months ago I can’t remember the job name he gave me ! My weight was 189 then I needed to get to 160 I lost my weight and are 156 now so I am going to be following up ❤️❤️💕
So are u saying if I fail the 1st one then come back again for the 2nd one its gon a be the same test ??

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about asvab online study guide try Skyarza Military Expert Star (just google it ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got great success with it.

I got a 95 but i couldnt get all the jobs because i had to get a waver because of my eyesight. I unfortunately couldnt get the job i wanted, which was nuclear weapons, so im now going for biomedical equipment.
Even though i already knew this method, process of elimination is essential imo. You want to Eliminate answers that blatantly diverge away from the other answers.
Ex
X^2=10. What is X?
1. 100
2. 2.25
3. 3.16~
4. 5
Going off my example we can cross of #1 because its the only answer above 10. Next we can cross off 5 because out of the 3 answes left that one is still a whole number and has no decimals.
Now with this you are left with 2 answers to choose from rather than 4. I know the answer is obvious but this method helped me alot through the asvab. Even through question you wouldnt think it would work on.

For those who are nervous about the asvab test due to you having test anxiety I hope this helps!
So for me i have test anxiety & i overthink a lot. But with this type of test you want to be stress free & worry free as possible. Before taking test the first thing to be successful is to apply yourself & have discipline. I first scored a 27 on the asvab & felt dumb as rocks. I simply studied and put all my time & energy into improving my score. I took the test a month later and scored a 67! I then had to take a confirmation test lol. All because my scored doubled from my previous test score. All they do from there is the add the previous score to your current score which in my case was 27 & 67. Then they divide by 2. So what ever that number is once you have divided it, you have to get in order to confirm your score .. again y’all relax your mind and find peace i promise you’ll do great!

I felt pretty good about my job options! I got a 72 overall and I qualified for every single job on my available job list! It just made it way harder to narrow down the list to what I wanna do but was cool that I had no restrictions really as to what I could go into. It was bittersweet since I was kinda lost as to what I wanted to do but knew what I didn’t wanna do
i advise you don't move forward until YOU know exactly what YOU want to do. once you're in a career field, it's hard to change out

Honestly what recruiters don’t tell you yea getting a 72 on your asvab is good but it doesn’t guarantee you anything besides an opportunity to get a job. Alot of people score high on the asvab get into tech school for let’s say intel and wash out and end up as security forces or cooks don’t get sucked up on asvab scores your still competing once you pass

Last time I took the ASVAB was in High School 6 years ago, just recently passed the ASVAB at Maxwell Air Force base’s MEPS on the 12th of December. Scored an 82, didn’t really study that much, busy with work and whatnot. If you paid attention in high school and understood the things being taught I feel like you should be fine.
Had a QT score of 82, and my MAGE scores were M: 76, A:90, G: 74, E: 90.
My swear in date is Jan. 3rd 2024 🙂
The job I picked is 2A9X3.
I hope my scores are this good! I got a 71 on the practice test! Definitely retained a lot of information from highschool but I will still study some more just in case. Your scores are great; good luck on your Air Force journey!!

I just took the ASVAB and scored a 38. I'm not happy with the score. I didn't study, didn't sleep or eat well before the test either. I told my recruiter I wanted to retake it but he insist I don't because I may do worse. He even told me I can't really study for it. I thought that was bullshit

French as first language, I took the practice test I got a 43 , I went and took the real test and I got 41. I didn’t study nothing I just went to the real test because my recruiter told me if I score 43 in the practice , I’ll probably score like a 60 or some in a real one.
Because of the paragraph comprehension with English I don’t even understand, words I don’t know the meaning, that was hard for me because of all those part related to English language knowledge.

Super late to this party here but for those who need advice (not the greatest score 87), eliminate answers before looking for the right ones, and do not under any circumstances get nervous whatsoever. I know easier said then done lol. But remember something, they need you more than you need them, took the pressure off for me at least hope it helps anyone else reading this :)
Yea bro I got a 95 and used the same method. In multiple choice questions, they always follow a similar pattern even in the SAT where they make it so almost always 2 of the answers given are blatantly wrong based off the other 2. It's literally process of elimination.

I've only taken the practice so far, but i scored a 79. My recruiter won't let me join unless I pay off my debt on my credit score but was rather impressed with my score and gave me like 4 pages worth of jobs to pick from. I didn't know that if you owe money you cant enlist. But he said if i got it paid off then i could go in.
just relieve as much debt as you can, as soon as you can. I think its just the government's way of saying "don't use us to pay us back" lol

I failed my asvab once got the book studied it for the summer and passed joined the Airforce stayed for 8 years got out and now receive 100 percent disability I’m blessed and I’m not the smartest. If you struggle with test buy the asvab for dummies book study real hard and I promise you will pass if I can do it anybody can!!!
I bought the book but studied for like a week. I got afqt 43. I don’t have too much jobs options.
The testing site in Baton Rouge was horrible! The test administrator was on the phone and loud, the person on side of me kept falling asleep(snoring), they were sharpening pencils with the old school wall sharpener and they kept rushing us. Man it was a horrible experience! I wish they would have given us headphones! I scored a 50 on the practice and failed the verified. My overall ended up being a 35. My recruiter advised to take it again and I scored a 33 😬. So of course my recruiter went Mia and was like I didn't qualify for any jobs with that score...
What if I score 32 to 40?
Easiest way to do well on the ASVAB is review 10th grade as a whole. I got a 91 on the practice then an 86 on the actual test. Understand the day you take it you'll be waking up early as hell, you'll be running on booty ass hotel food, and will be feeling pressure from being fucked with by the MEPS workers.
I took it today and got a 69.. it’s honestly easily if you study the right things it will be second nature . I was mad nervous when i first started but once I noticed the questions weren’t hard it was a breeze

I just took my ASVAB yesterday and I scored a 69 overall but a 70 for G section. My twin and I used www.4tests.com/exam/asvab/72/ and this really helped us prepare. Also some of the same questions where on the practice test surprisingly. But I wish everyone the best of luck and just trust yourself and you’ll do fine.

Man meps got me fucked up yall hear me? I got a 66 the first time i took it then i went to meps agaim to retest and made an 87, they told me my scores were unofficial and i needed to retest to confirm my score bc im under suspicion of cheating/guessing lucky. So yeah im going to retest 😒
Its called the confirmation test if you score 20 points or higher.

I took the practice test yesterday without studying just to see what I needed to pass the asvab I scored a 45 I was blown away cause I hadn’t studied and been out of school for years .. he told me I would pass the asvab as it is easier.. I go back on march first to take the actual asvab

When you go to MEPS do they show you the jobs for every branch of the military based on your asvab score?
Christina 123 you usually only go take the asvab once you choose a branch but I'm sure after you take it you can go ask another branch recruiter what you qualify for with that score
Hi Drea! You are beautiful btw love! I took the asvab for USAF in Nov 2016 and scored a 54 or 57 one of them and my recruiter told me to take it again to open up healthcare related jobs. I was so pissed bc I studied for months and I am a terrible test taker, especially with math so I got discouraged. Long story short, I see your video and it confirms that he was a jerk bc there are definitely health-related jobs available in that score range. I did not care for him tbh his attitude was so smug, I probably should've consulted with someone else...what do you think? I am thinking of retaking it since it expired in Nov 2018. BTW I subbed! LOL
girl yes, idk why they do that when they can just tell you you'll be better off with a higher score and let you make the decision from there! I say retake it only bc of the expiration.. but its worth ityou know what you know. don't get discouraged or stress yourself out about it, this process is unique to each person.
Why am I going through this same situation! Except the recruiter part. BUT, I was so discouraged cause I just took the asvab and scored a 55 (not my aim though... I wanted a higher score 70+) I thought a 55 was okay... but I'm enlisting with a healthcare degree.. so my recruiter said the jobs available for me need 60's...

I got 31 on practice test. Then the recruiter told me to study like 3days. Then i take the real asvab. I got 77. And i took my asvab on recruiting office. If its possible to take again the asvab in MEPS? And im waiting for the appoval. Because i had surgery in my left wrist. Its almost 3weeks waiting for the approval.
Does a practice ASVAB in highschool count? They told us it wouldn’t count so I flunked it so I could sleep. Then a week later they called us to the library and we saw our scores. I’m very worried if it will effect me or not

It counts 2 years prior joining. If you had a low score it doesn’t affect you you can retake
This practice test I took said I got 50% out of 100. Doubt if that’s good. I’ll be taking the practice test for the recruiter by Friday! Super nervous

My practice score was 69% I was super sad I thought I got a D the recruiter was confused as was I until he told me the score was relative so then I was pretty happy and my full one was 1% higher so I got alot of jobs available it’s not that hard guys she did really good btw
1 made a 130 om 1991 @ 17, & 138 in 1995 army , need to try harder good luck. And I didn't practice there were no ways of studying. But hood job get a 100 or above , I'm also a master recruiter, your almost there.

I mean you passed... if you qualify for a job that you want, go with it. there's only a few though that's probably why they suggest you try to score higher

The asvab has different test versions, it's like when that teacher finds out that everyone is copying each other tests so she makes different versions of the same tests

Same. 93 AFQT 126 GT score. If you want the MOS's with the best post-military career outlook, I would suggest going cyber ops, medical, IT or MI. I reserved a 17C (Cyber operations specialist) slot, and tomorrow I go to MEPS to take my physical. With a score that high, there's no need to retake the test... you're fine lol. Good luck.

Naruto Uzumaki as someone who completely blew the test twice, my advice is to study. Yes majority of the test is based on common sense, but if you aren’t good at math or English I highly advise you to study. Check your local library for asvab study books and get anything you can 😂 Army is easier to get in then other branches as far as I know though lol.

Candis Nicole 😂 funny bc this isn't the first time i heard about them, also about the cyber security I wouldn't recommend going OG. I even think there's some type of clearance you'll need to even go to training with that job.
