It feels like forever since I watched a new cooking video from you Ryouya! Hope you had a wonderful 2023 and hope you are able yo share more videos in 2025 🎉
I just love your videos, everything about them, every detail - we can almost taste and smell what you're cooking, the aroma of the kitchen... thank you for all your care and delicacy and congratulations to the whole team!
This looks extremely tasty. We love Seville marmalade, which my lovely Mother-In-Law would make each year, when the Seville oranges were in season. We’ll have to try making a batch of your Yuzu marmalade one day! Thank you for sharing your process.❤
I'm so incredibly happy to see this today! Your videos bring so much peace, and recipe ideas to boot! Really needed this today, feels like a personal favor and I appreciate it
It is both wonderful and inspiring to see you use every part of the fruit. Though, maybe it's just normal to do that, I don't know how marmelades are made since I'm not a big fan 😅
Interesting. One Canadian supermarket chain has introduced a lot of Yuzu-based products over the last year. It's almost comical. But the ones I've tried have been tasty 🙂
Is this the same recipe as the kind you mix into hot water to make tea? I think it is a more typically Korean drink? I have to travel several hours to find it at an Asian grocery and have been wanting to make it homemade. It’s usually called yuzu honey tea I believe but it’s not actually honey 😊
Yuzu is a citrus fruit that originates from East Asia, commonly found in Japan, Korea, and China. It's about the size of a small grapefruit and has a distinctive, uneven skin that ranges in color from yellow to green depending on its ripeness. Yuzu is known for its unique fragrance, which is more aromatic and less sharp than that of a lemon or lime. Its flavor is complex, often described as a blend of grapefruit, lemon, and mandarin with floral undertones. While the fruit's juice and zest are widely used in cooking and baking for their flavor, the fruit itself contains very little juice compared to other citrus fruits. Yuzu is a popular ingredient in Japanese cuisine, used in dressings, marinades, and sauces, as well as in beverages and desserts. It's also a key ingredient in ponzu sauce, a classic Japanese condiment.
International fans: What's your favourite citrus for marmalade? I want to try this recipe, but yuzu is either hard to find or expensive here. I've used oranges before, but it's been quite a while!
It’s 4:34 am here in the cold California west coast
Been watching this channel since I was a teen in 2015.

I just bought a Yuzu tree to plant in my garden, I’m looking forward to pick the first fruits and try your recipe! Thanks from 🇮🇹 Italy!
Oh I've missed your videos so much... So much peace and calm come with it. Thanks a lot 💙
Yum. Everything you do looks terrific. Love the sounds. Thanks for treating us.
Me too, I felt the smell of it even if I've never had yuzu before. The way he cooks transcends the world and the screen.
These videos bring me peace.

You're back!!! 🎉🎉
Let me just run out to my back yard where I just happen to have a yuzu tree.
@@peacefulcuisine

Happy every time you upload
Did you make that beautiful plate seen at 9:06 ? Your kohiki video is one of the treasures of RUclips.
happy new year. simple and delicious.

nice to see you again !
I use concentrated frozen orange juice pulp as a sweetener.
We've missed you!
I miss your channel ❤ Long time no see
Welcome back 🎉
wow longtime no see ❤!!
Yea, let me run to my backyard where I just happen to have fresh yuzu growing. I'll be right back.
Voltou👏👏👏👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Is delicious one day you make similar for tee and i doing for me everything you do is delicious ❤
waiting for your vedio is peace
I was missin you here in RUclips.
Please make Vegan Taiyaki next, i haven't seen it on your channel
I need a mold of taiyaki though😂
Se puede hacer con limón?
I love your videos, may I ask why you do not use induction or electric stove instead of gas?
❤

Hello!! Perfect. Congratulations!
Hugs, from Brazil. #dgtudo
How do we know the differences between yuzu and lemon?
Thanks for the video. What kind of sweetener did you use for this marmalade?
Brown sugar this time!
Can this be made with regular or Meyer lemons? Never seen Yuzu here where I am in the US.
Can I please ask you what is the box you used in the rice bread video? The baking box?
It’s a loaf tin from Vermicular but it’s store limited one you have to go visit their store to buy it though
thank you!@@peacefulcuisine
Ryoya, why do you disappear for so many months at a time 😢

@@peacefulcuisine what a detailed and informative explanation. Thanks
Why use the seeds?
07:28 To thicken the mixture
