    ママレードって普通のジャムのようにただ煮詰めるのではなく、手間がかかりますよね。一つ一つ丁寧な作業で素晴らしいです。
    少し苦みもあって、大人の味でしょう。パンにもよく合うと思います。

    柚子ジャムの作り方にびっくりすることばかりでした⭐︎種はなにに?と思っていたらとろみを出すためなのですね。煮こぼす水はお風呂に👏✨ジャムもお風呂もゆずの香りに満たされ幸せになれそうです⭐︎動画を見ていたら…ほわほわっと柚子の香りがしました♡

    This looks extremely tasty. We love Seville marmalade, which my lovely Mother-In-Law would make each year, when the Seville oranges were in season. We’ll have to try making a batch of your Yuzu marmalade one day! Thank you for sharing your process.❤

    聞くところによると、
    柚子は、種子の発芽から果実の収穫までに、10年間くらい育てなければならないそうですね
    私はそんなに長く待てそうにないので、庭に柚子の木を植えている人から譲ってもらおうと考えています
    庭に柚子の木、とても羨ましいです😊

      僕は1年前にマイナス5度まで耐寒性のあるアボカドを種から発芽させて育ててますよ笑
      今60cmくらいになりました🌳

    Interesting. One Canadian supermarket chain has introduced a lot of Yuzu-based products over the last year. It's almost comical. But the ones I've tried have been tasty 🙂

    ゆずこしょうの作り方です♪
    青唐辛子 100グラム タネなし
    青ゆず 200グラム 皮のみ
    塩 30グラム
    必ず手袋を使ってください。
    フードプロセッサーで長めに攪拌してください。
    スパチュラでいいカンジになったと思ったら、完成です。
    時間がかかるので、それと青ゆず、青唐辛子は冷凍してからになるから、解凍してから作ってください。青ゆずは先に塩をまぶして。柔らかくなります。
    味も香りも格別です♪

    Is this the same recipe as the kind you mix into hot water to make tea? I think it is a more typically Korean drink? I have to travel several hours to find it at an Asian grocery and have been wanting to make it homemade. It’s usually called yuzu honey tea I believe but it’s not actually honey 😊

    ゆずジャムいいですねぇ。庭に生えてたのを収穫してましたけど元からなってたわけじゃなくてりょうやさんが種植えたとかですか?ゆず丸ごとをお風呂に入れて柚子風呂はよく聞きますが搾った汁をお風呂にってのは初耳!だけどお風呂に入れたら気持ちも落ち着いてまさにリラックスでしょうねぇ・・・。私としては皮ごと丸かじりしたいですけどww

Yuzu is known for its unique fragrance, which is more aromatic and less sharp than that of a lemon or lime. While the fruit's juice and zest are widely used in cooking and baking for their flavor, the fruit itself contains very little juice compared to other citrus fruits.     International fans: What's your favourite citrus for marmalade? I want to try this recipe, but yuzu is either hard to find or expensive here. I've used oranges before, but it's been quite a while!
