This guy can tell dead grandparent jokes and still make it tasteful and funny.
"Young man, we can't get it off him."
Now THAT is a legendary joke right there!! 😂😂😂
I shared this clip with my mom, and she busted up laughing. Apparently her grandpa had to be forced into getting a new suit for my mom's and dad's wedding. And it ended up being the only suit he owned. When he died 10 years later, they had him buried in it.
Gotta love grandma!!
You ain't lying
"We can't get it off him". One of the best punchlines I have ever heard!
One of the greatest storytellers ever
I’d love to have Bill narrate my life

" This poor man can't catch a break dead."
I had to set my phone and my coffee down to laugh. Thank you for that!
"We can't get it off him". Best line ever.
😂🤣
Well you could. Gonna need an excavator though.
I don't know. My grandfather may have had a better one. He was going through the MAID (Medically Assisted in Dying) process and was cancelling magazine/paper subscriptions. He phoned one up, and no joke this was the conversation: "Hello, I'd like to cancel my subscription"
"We're sorry to hear that, is there something you're not satisfied with?"
"Nope, I'm just going away and I don't need it any more."
"In that case we can keep it on hold until you come back."
"I'm not coming back."
"Well we can send it to wherever you're going if you'd like."
"No, thanks, I'm going to the graveyard."
".....I'm sorry. What do you mean?"
"I'm dying."
"Oh no. I'm sorry to hear that."
"No problem, I picked the date."

He wears it every day
@@kennethlee2278 I was going to say that! Still the truth.
One of comedy's best storytellers.
The world needs more crazy families like yours mr.engvall.
Come see my mom's side of the family. It's like I always say, it's a good thing we can laugh at each other, else we would be killing each other.
@@Tyrunner0097 My family is the same way.
"My family's crazy and that makes me funny." We must be related.
That makes me Bill's twice removed, second step-cousin's cousin then!😉😊🤗
Aren't all families crazy..
Pretty sure I am.
Exactly what I thought too 🤣
You,too?
Gotta love Grandma😂
My grandfather passed away 10 months ago. He and my grandma were married for 54 years until the day he passed. Thanks for the laughs!!

Whatever Bill Engvall posts we are going to watch. We are in the middle of hurricane Dorian and I could use a dose of Bill Engvall one of the greatest comedians of all time!
Prayers from California. Hope it ends soon!
I'm so sorry that you're going through that HORRIFIC TRAGIC Weather I hope that your Family Friends and your close ones are ok

Hope you guys are okay
Hope you guys stay happy and safe😃💖
Can we all agree that Bill is that one grandpa/uncle that you actually enjoy hanging out with?
Good ole fashioned clean fun humor! Thank you Bill!
Life stories with self-deprecating humor are the best.
Bill tells the best stories just love the guy he is The best
I've been watching him for years and in my opinion he is the best
ALL of us can relate to some degree about "crazy family!" LOL!
Great uncle Roy passed away. His daughter & great uncle Louie are talking to the funeral guy about caskets & naturally he’s trying to play on grief and sell them the highest priced casket. He’s giving a sales pitch about the wood, the hinges and how watertight the casket is. Great uncle Louie stopped him in his tracks when he asked “How often do you check it?”
Here's Your Sign!!!
Lololol that ctacked me up! TY
Great story! No vulgar language and truly funny. You really know how to spin a story. Thanks for the laughs.
D Fuss, absolutely spot on! Love this comment!
That grandma's level of awesomeness is one for the history books!
These are the grandmas with the best stories!!
That's funny, love to YOU AND ALL the GRANPARENTS
Bill Engvall is awesome
That was hilarious! More please.
I was raised in southern IL & this neck of the woods we have our own way of speakin'. I grew up listening to all kinds of stories & can definitely identify with his stories.
"How's Ray enjoying his suit?"
I would've replied with "Oh young man, I'm sure he'll take it to the grave with him" or "he wears it every day."
Good one!
I've seen Bill Live a few years ago, he was fantastic. I grew up on his comedy. My all time favorite comedian.
Accidentally found this guy on you tube; love love love him!!
My grandma was several twinkles short of a glitter too! Nice to know other families get it as well 😂😅!
THANK YOU GRAMMA ENGVALL FOR GIVING US MOMMA/POPPA ENGVALL AND THANK THEM BOTH FOR GIVING US THIS GUY (WILLIAM/BILL) 😂..!!
His stories are hysterical....
Oh my that was so funny. I remember listening to him when I was a teenager & still listen to him to this day he's a very funny man
Best comedian EVER
I am totally hooked on his clean humor.😂
Bill, I stumbled upon this routine and it brought back great memories. My husband and I along with some six others went to see you in Houston's Arena Theater. It was in the late 80's or early 90's. We are not sure, but "Here's your sign" was popular and we all wore t-shirts with that on them. We were allowed to meet you backstage and you signed our shirts. We still think you are the best. I can send you the picture of all of us taken with you that night. If you want to get it, give me an email or test to send it to you. Love you Man!
Bill Engvall, you are ALWAYS a dose of pure, authentic FUNNY! Bless your heart for helping all of us laugh in times where laughter is often difficult to find! Thank you!
Its astounding how much that sounds like my own mother. If I call her just to see how she's doing, I know that's at least an hour conversation about nothing of particular importance or relevance.
So happy hes posting some of his bits now.
I could listen to his stories all day!! All time fav!
His grandma sounds lovely
Watched this story over and over again!
Can't stop laughing 🤣
We all got them crazy relatives ☺
That's not crazy. It's just being from the South😂😂😂😂😂
myname hascake facts 😂
Damn, and here I thought I was speshill.
(Edit: This was a joke, if you couldn't tell)
@Sentient Zealot XIII sure, you bring the would... I get burned by my own jokes!

He's so freaking funny!
❤ Love you Bill from Colleyville Texas.💕🤠🙏
0:34 "she just loved to talk. She'd talk to y'all, the mic stand, the stool, these walls" 💀🤣
Bill, the world needs a little more crazy like your family to give us a good laugh
So funny 🤣
These videos are all that’s keeping me from getting stir crazy
When I'm talking to my grandmother on the phone when she says goodbye or that she's going to say goodbye she starts up another conversation two or three times till she decides to finly hang up. thanks for the laugh bill. God bless
Love it!!😂😂😂😂
Always outstanding!!!!!!
God bless our grandparents.
Very very 😁 funny 😂 you make my day. 😃😃😃😂😂😂😁😁😁😁
That was hilarious. I don't know if Bill reads these or not but if he does, you are one of THE best at what you do. I have & always will be a big fan of yours. Thank you for all the laughs though the years. Look forward to what the future hold. Have a blessed weekend. Give my best to your family. 😇💕 😄
bill engvall your the best 😂😂😂
Love country people. My daddy was an overall man. Mom finally took him to Atwood's and got him 3 pairs of overalls. She told him these he wore to church and town, he could wear the others rest of the time. LOL. He did have his favorites.
The funniest of all is that all he says is true!!!
oh my goodness my grandma was like this and grandpa always had the newspaper such a great comedian
I'm only 37 and got married and 35. Everybody on both sides of the family were like "you are wearing a suit." Little did they know we already had gotten married at the courthouse 2 months earlier lol. As for the talking too much thing...don't tell me I am too shy and need to talk more when I am younger and then complain that I won't shut up now. We can be at the table for Thanksgiving dinner(which I cook with my wife) and I can have my Mom spitting her drink out laughing and my Mother-in-law asking if I ever shut up.
This guy’s hilarious
Being funny because of Grandma to me is a blessing cause my grandma was hilarious!!! i miss her everyday but i always think of the best times ever with her to get through everyday.
LOL! It's families like yours that add spice to life! Here in farm/ranch land, there was a large farming family by the last name Darr. Back when the highway patrol first got radar, the officer pulled over an old farmer and told him according to radar he was speeding. The old farmer said "I don't care what Sam Darr, John Darr, or Ray Darr, or any of those other Darr's said, I wasn't speeding, and they can all go to hell." The farmer put his truck in drive and drove off. The officer said he was laughing so much, he just let him go on. LOL Got to love old people!
Missy B ha, I like that.
Well old is a relative term old as in how old 🤔..?? As in like 85 or so years old again with the :🤔..??
'Least he had a sense of humor I like that ,some of these ol folks can be funnier than funny not knowing about modern technology/keeping up on the newest inventions etc 😂 they are inadvertently funny not that they mean to be 😂..!!
@@65coupestang let's just say a farmer with senior citizen status 😊
@@missyb2366 what may I adk did you mean by a farmer with senior citizen status 🤔..??
So, when I was 12, my great grandfather passed away. I was beyond distraught. He was like a father to me . I lived with them a lot growing up . I called my mamu ( moms mom) she said "well look, the best way to help you through it would be to watch something that makes you laugh. Why don't you put on blue collar comedy tour and watch that" I did. And it helped me a lot. That movie made me big fans of Ron and Bill. Now whenever my depression gets too bad, I watch it. Or these videos of Bill and it helps.
Damn he's lucky that both his grandfather and grandmother were still alive when he was in college
Absolutely. My wife had all 4 of hers until they all hit their 90s. I had one in college. And she lived 7 hours away.
I’d have settled for high school.
@@penniewyatt9391 me too. I didn’t know either of my grandfathers. They had so much to teach all of us.
I had 5 grandpas. All but one was dead before I was 5. Grandpa Bad Wolf died in the 80's.
Bill Engvall, My name is Jesse & I'm from a small town in Texas called Shiner and I know exactly where Georgetown is. I love the smaller places back home. Lived in Texas my whole life & I would always tell folk if ya go through the state, visit some of the smaller more personable places and I'm sure you'll come away with a smile and a better outlook on life. Bill, I appreciate your humor a bunch 'cause it puts a smile on My face. Thanks & Bless ya.
This is the type of humor I miss so much. And not one curse word in it.
I’m laughing so hard.😂
God bless them! Too funny! 😂🙏🏼
The best comedians are the ones that uses their own life for comedy :D
I've noticed that the best comedians are the ones who say something you can relate to. That's why George Carlin is my favorite.
Hey there Bill I can't wait for the meals on wheels story that one kills me.
Omgosh!!! I just love Bill
Isn't every family a little on the crazy side? I love this part of Bill's stand up.
Grandparents...God bless them!
Love you Bill
With all this craziness involved with the pandemic, the tension between people in this country, the falsehoods being spread, the number of heads in the sand, and the President and Government egging us on, I am glad we can still find a set of people bringing humor into our lives. "I say thank thee and say we are well met."
This poor man cant catch a break dead. I cant stop laughing
I'm such a big fan of yours! I think you're absolutely hilarious. It really brought back memories of my life from the past. Thank you for making us laugh as we are going through a lot!
Grew up watching this man and I don’t regret it for a second xD I remember seven year old me looking at my mother and asking, “What’s he mean by, “You don’t wanna look over at Grandpa and see anything that looks like a baby bird?”To which my dad lost it xD
Great story as always!
I love your stories...You make me laugh all the time..
I'm a little late to this party, but just want to thank you for posting these. Didn't realize I'd been holding my breath so much this morning (stress response) until all this laughter loosened me up. Feeling much, much better now. Many thanks!
My father law reminds me of my grandfather was quiet like his grandfather
That was great!!!!😂
I have really been enjoying Bill’s comedy lately. 👍
I loved bait shop movie I thought it was very well done Bill's a legend
I had a cousin who read the daily obituaries just to make sure she was still alive, crazy love
Yeah I wish I had a crazy family like that.
Hilarious Man I love it
Priceless
I guess you could say he was “tickled to death” with that suit.
He's so funny awesome
Funny clean and happy you cannot go wrong or strike out with that you keep going bro
