Ight bro so what you gotta do is download this app called videoleap, then insert a screen recording of the audio of what you want muffled, then press the clip and on the bottom, scroll right on the options it gives you until you find the “audio” and press on that. Then press “equalizer” and then scroll to the right on that until you find treble -
It will only sound slightly muffled, so keep on saving videos of the slightly muffled sounds and repeat the process because each time, it’ll get more muffled
