Looks nice. I'm taking that flight in 2 weeks...I hope it's the Qsuite product as they've have switched aircraft on me several times in the past in/out of Miami, and I've never been able to experience the Qsuite. Nonetheless, the service in the "regular" business has been excellent.

when was this? They don't wear the white safety coat anymore. I recently took the DOH - MIA flight. I have a rookies attendant in the Business class cabin. I gave him the meal orders like wake me up 2 hours before landing at miami to serve me. He never woke me up. I complained it to him and he was so worried that i was going to make a formal complain. Which I did not.
Yeah i realized this was an old recording from the safety video which was last used 6 months ago
