This opening scene showing the poor old woman, who usually used to be a typical prostitute woman and therefore the concubine of the villain Boss,has been reduced to such dire straits! In fact, the real reason why she asked zatoichi, the poor stupid blind hero to carry her on his back was, because, she having become old and therefore ugly, doesn't have any villain Boss as her body's master, and therefore, being desperate for a male touch, she made this request from the poor stupid brainless hero zatoichi,so that she can easily enjoy once more the sheer pleasure of a real man's touch!! Such a beautiful sad story!!
