Hello! I believe it’s automatic because for most my videos it is available and for a few it says it’s not available. I think it may be because there is to much background noise for it to generate the captions? I could be wrong and if there is somthing i need to turn on please let me know how as my grandmother likes to watch these as well and she is very hard of hearing 😊
@@4Dan21 Others I have asked for this say they ned to manually turn it on. I have no idea as I don't edit or post vids. I jut know tht CC is esp helpful to us old farts who don't hear/understand well.
