Finally something interesting and entertaining to watch! Social media is churning out so much mind numbing shit recently. I’m so pleased you’ve revisited your channel.
I LOVE the RSV4’s, nothing makes me feel more talented than I actually am, and nothing stirs the bell end like the sound they produce. Love the vids on ALL your channels, keep up the good work sir.
Rewatching this the night before I go to collect a 2018 RSV4 tomorrow. Having taken it on a very brief test ride today, hearing the true joy in your voice really hits home how special these bikes are. A dream come true. Never thought I'd be getting one, but sometimes the stars align.
So glad you’re back… I’ve been struggling for a while and the only only time I can get out of my head is when I’m out riding. Your last video really helped me. It’s hard to imagine you’re not alone when you’re in a dark place, but seeing someone like you, with a common interest and having the exact same issues as me, really gave me some hope. Cheers 🍻
@@MrOggy96 I only found out about that site last year, been going to my local meet since September, great bunch of people from all walks of life. All of them could see that we had been scammed to some degree I guess,... now the Great Reset is openly pushed by the WEF so they/we were right after all.
Glad you’re feeling the love for the RSV4- I was out on mine this morning and feel the same way- its lovely look at, stupidly fast and quirkily Italian. Got the Arrow end can too. Great to see your normal vlogs again, keep it up Baron.
You're so right about sound being integral to the enjoyment of your bike. I bought a ninja 400 back in 2018 and whilst the ride was great the sound just never made me feel alive even with an akra can. Last year 2021 I bought an Aprilia RS660 and despite both bikes being parallel twins the fact the RS660 is a bigger engine and 270 crank it just sounds incredible. Even the stock exhaust blows the ninja out of the park. I now have a full system underslung Mivv for it and it sounds unbelievable for a twin. The induction sound is fantastic as well. I still have the 400 for commuting as I am all bike but on the weekend the Aprilia always gets chosen now. I have owned an electric push bike since 2016 but couldn't see myself on a bigger electric bike unless I had to be. Sound really is king for me.
How loud is the mivv compared to stock? I have a tuono 660 factory (exact same engine as yours). I think the stock exhaust is fairly loud. Certainly makes a good sound, and it's as loud as the Fireblade i just had
@@Kristofferheihei The Mivv with the optional cat (goes inside can you cannot see it fitted) and outer baffle is louder than stock exhaust. Not by a staggering amount but louder. For me it is enough I have not tried without the baffle or cat yet. You get a deeper engine sound even with the cat and baffle fitted.
@@herniket I haven't had it tuned yet but ideally you should. I know from others with the underslung mivv that without the cat and baffle it will pop and bang repeatedly on deceleration without a tune. Basically it runs way too lean. With the cat and baffle it does not pop and bang at all but you should still get it tuned if you can.
That sound never gets old. I had a '16 Tuono and I'm not half the rider you are but, as Steve said, they are brilliant at making you feel like a hero, and that bike was shockingly loud for a stock exhaust - a true hooligan. It's the only bike a regret selling but these days I'm in no shape to ride one, with the high pegs.
We’ll you’ve just confirmed why I’ve just sold my Aprilia Factory Tuono. It just encourages you to let rip. It came with the acropovic end can and sounded awesome (2018 model) only 1 speeding ticket, but it was only a matter of time before more would follow, either that or a bad crash. At 65, nothing looks worse than a coffin dodger on a hyper bike, so I’ve bought a new NC 750 X, you know what ? I like it. Head said Honda, heart said Aprilia, Don’t tell anybody, but I think I just grew up!
Never searched up bikes. Somehow this was in my recommended. I do NOT regret clicking the video. Now I'm starting to see why my family are so into bikes. Terrific content, my guy :)
I think this maybe my next bike. So nice to see someone let the bike warm up aswell I always thought I was daft but I let mine run for about 5-10 minutes. Good review 👍🏼
I used to have the 2017 RF and I miss it so much, especially the sound. It was a bit too mad for the roads around here and a bit miserable doing the winter commute on it. But yeah, the '09 325i I replaced it with for a warmer and comfier commute will never give me even 10% of the smiles I got from it. I doubt i'll ever be in the position to own/afford something like it again but i'm just pleased I got to experience it for a couple of years.

Awesome sounding bike. I wouldn’t worry about the noise we have Harley’s and V8’s everywhere in Australia. It makes me smile when I hear a RSV4 ride past in the distance.
Love the RSV4 ! I’m on my 4th one - sound amazing and they really do ride better at speed, easier to ride fast than most other sports bikes, smooth, makes you feel like you are on rails ! Awesome 😎
I agree ... What a symphony of sound! My favourite was the Norton TT, which of course used your same Aprilia engine a few years ago, and whatever exhaust they'd made for it - by jeez, you could hear it miles away coming around the course. Amazing. It's great to see how a sound can make so many people smile as it zoomed past. My other favourite is the R1 and it's crossplane crank, a very strong thrumming sound..
Nice to see this bike again. It's been a while since you first introduced us and at the time I'd also just bought an identical looking 2016, so was hoping to see more updates, but life happens. I had an unnecessary off, then a little one arrived and so did lockdowns. I've owned and ridden plenty of bikes, but none gave me a sense of occasion like this one. Which is why even though I only had the bike 4 months, I spent the next 2 years scrolling through classifieds looking for a replacement. As it worked out, I found a bloody unicorn; 600mi, '16 Superpole and the VIN was the next one off production line after the old bike. Thanks for taking time to make your vids; I've been watching long before it was called 'vlogging'.

Also put a full Akrapovic exhaust...and frame/axle sliders. No point in upgrading for more power when this one can still make me smile anytime I feel like it.

God your bike collection is majestic.
It is without doubt the best soundtrack of any bike, the Pavarotti of motorbikes, superb 👌.
