- Woodland landscape photography gets the POV treatment in this video. Join me at Padley Gorge, as I take a woodland walk and attempt to capture all of the fantastic autumn colours in my woodland images.

Love these POV videos, really brings you into the action! Wonderful to see Padley Gorge again, especially in the autumn...what beautiful colors! Some really great shots in this one Robert, especially the one along the river at 6:14. I like how you didn't streak the water out too much, it had some beautiful texture in it! Thanks Paul. I think the landscape over here has a lot of similarities with WV. Looking at your Instagram recently, it seems you have some fantastic colours at the moment too. Glad you like the POV style - not going to do it every week, but I do like that it gives me a bit more time to concentrate on the photography. Cheers for watching mate. 😊

Thanks Bruce. My Otis loves it here too, but I have to take him at other times when I'm not doing the videos. He's a bit of a handful now he's 2 and needs a lot of attention. 😁 Cheers for watching.

Some excellent images there Robert. I agree that the lack of fog wasn’t a massive issue with such vibrant colours on show. Did you manage to get back to Padley today as fog was forecast. I stayed in my local woodland today as there was thick fog when I woke up so thought I’d take advantage. Can’t beat this time of year 🍂
Thanks Anthony. No, I was at the Dragon's Back today - also foggy, but that doesn't really help for vistas! It was the first time I've been though, so it was a good scouting mission for when I get back there with better light. How did your woodland shots turn out?
@@Robert-Bishop the Dragons back is another great location. Definitely some great images to be had in the right conditions. I got some really nice images thanks. The fog does make all the difference though
Nice video Robert. I wish you'd stop featuring Padley Gorge, I've got FOMO going on. The shot at 6:19 was my favourite but you got great images throughout.
Haha, I really do need to branch out and go to some other spots to be honest. It's just difficult with Padley being so good for photography! I recommend making the trip if you get the chance. Thanks for watching Andrew. 😊
Good job mate, you made that the perfect length for me to eat my lunchtime Pot Noodle with (King Size) haha! Have I not been paying attention or did you get the van under the radar?...don't recall you being in a van before - is it an overnighter??
Cheers Dave. I've got to say, you definitely eat a Pot Noodle in a more dignified time frame than me! We've had the van a few months now, but the conversion is still in progress. Looking to get it finished by next spring. Hoping it will come in handy for those sunrises! 😊

I've never really looked into it that much to be honest Paul - I've just got mine rolled in with the house insurance, but also insured away from the house too. Might be worth looking to do it that way as it was a bit cheaper. Thanks for watching. 😊
