I had this car on my wall from age 16 up until the day I bought it at 22 Im now 33 and I still own mine till this day!! 75k on it and It looks beautiful! I’ve thought of selling this car many times these past couple years but the amount of memories and fun this car has given me is enough to keep it forever!🙏🏽 Big plans for mine this year and the years to come, 05-09 was a great gen with a classic look and feel!
As someone who dailies one, I can say this car is 100% still worth it, perfect car to learn manual in, the low end torque will aid you in setting off, especially nice for hill starts, and it only has 300HP stock, plenty to have fun with but not enough to hurt yourself if you have even the slightest idea of how to drive and you're not on dry rotted tires
I just picked up a roush 427r, an 08 model. With a couple bolt ons and a tune, VMP performance kit, custom BBK longtube / exhaust system... shes making 550hp at the crank on the m90 supercharger. Its pretty much maxxed out but one helluva ride.
Never paid these no attention. But as these new cars come out no manual trans, all these old **early 2000s to 2014, i like all . I have had my z for 9 years. 85 k on clock. Its a 2005. Keep the old cars going👍🏿 . Car sounds good👍🏿
If the lack of manual transmission annoys you, you should read the owners manual. Literally says it’s going to monitor your phones-calls, texts apps etc. Locks you out of certain speeds and driving habits etc. Any car after 2014 is a hard pass for me.
Bro I just bought mine last September and I’m doing an engine swap of the same engine just 100k less miles and I’m hyped to cam it and make it look more retro than modern it’s gonna look sick
I say yea they are worth it. I bought my 09 back in 2019 for $6300 with 103k it now has 173k miles on it now and that’s with 100’s of lbs of nitrous pumped through it 😂. Car was bone stock besides exhaust and lowering springs when I bought it. I essentially did every bolt on possible, ford racing intake manifold, jlt cold air intake, gt500 twin 60mm tb, 1-3/4” longtubes, Howard rattler cams, pulleys, 4.10’s and a zex nitrous kit. Tuned by Lito. I have a 2019 gt 10 speed now too but I still enjoy the 3v and never plan to get rid of it
I own a 09 Mustang Gt 3V. I have zero complaints. Little harder to get the power vs Coyote but it’s doable. I am running a Paxton on mine and it’s quick enough for me.
I'm looking to buy a 07-09 stage 3 here soon. I've been doing my homework and the stage 3 Roush is a better deal then a Shelby GT500. The Shelby has a bit more hp but the Roush makes up for it in handling.
I love mine. This is the closest you will get to the original Mustang that you can get as far as body and drive. This is the BEST Mustang ever. BTW, I love all Muscle Cars so the Camaro, Charger and Challenger are all amazing.
I’ve been looking for a 10-14 mustang even settle for the older models, for a month now but they all either have sketchy milage for me or too far a distance to travel
Do not straight pipe cars need back pressure get a good set of slip ons and you will tell the difference in the way it runs with a little back pressure 😊
why did you add the v6 pony grille? and where did you get it from? i heard it was smaller so i’m wondering if they make specific grilles for the get bumper
The rt is the best budget v8 I’ve beaten a fbo tuned gt with my bone stock rt and they are more reliable u can get a rt to run 12s with just fbos and a tune
@DamanSinghh true buts that's why the 2011 to 2014 would be the over all better option. Even tho it's 200 pounds heavier then the 2005-2010 that AWD makes up for it if modded correctly. Not to mention if you can save enough to swap for a hellephant it's would be a absolute monster. But to play devils advocate to myself I do understand that the mustang of 2005-2011 has a very light v8 and a very good after market to modify it into flying beast on straight races.
@@ronnieruud9703yessir but to my understanding a 11-14 R/T goes for 12-14k and in that price range you can get a 11-12 coyote 5.0 which will blow all 3 cars away 😂
@Singhzgarage you got me there. Even tho the 2005-2010 rts can have AWD those are even more rare and far in between so if you can find one I'll say thay would be a good option. But considering that the 2005-2010 mustang is severely more common which should be more reachable for the average person

I bought my 2008 GT brand new, and it’s great to see young guys are still interested in them.
"Exhaust is enough to have a deaf person hear again"😂
What? 😂

YEAH ITS WORTH IT BRO! One of the BEST looking cars on the planet on top of the reliability!!!💯
4.0 gang here
Nice ride man. Tastefully accessorized and sounds great!
Keeping my 13 Boss. Timeless looks I believe.
Convinced me to get a 3 valve mustang, and damn that sound is awesome

Yessir bro everyone’s always talking about how these are underpowered but for 7-10k, this car is overpowered if anything for its price range!
Mines a Tune Roush Performance Catback with an Hpipe. Everyone loves the low tone. 3V!!!!
bad ass deal bro i got an auto 3v in 19 for 7 csnt imagine even finding a deal that good now
Everything depends on the price and what you want to do with it.. They are still very nice looking..
Nice car ! It Looks great .I have a 2010 Roush and love the car !
Thank you man!

I just picked up one for $4000 with only 130k miles. Runs like a champ
what wheels are those? beautiful car man!

how are the electrical systems? Ive heard they get flooded a lot from clogged water vents is that true?

same grill size differnt clip loctions u should be able to find it on american muscle if you want a v6 grill on your GT

American muscle it’s a shaker hood cold air intake
@@Singhzgarage any gains? Link?

@inghh How do you get it to pass new york inspection with out the cats .
“Other people call it s197” no that’s literally what they’re called
The 2012 Boss 302 would have looked better in this body style.
Odeeeeee
I would argue that a all-wheel drive RT could be better
I actually had a RWD 06 charger R/t and it’s a fun car but it’s too heavy compared to the horsepower. So it’s hard to move it around and handle it
