This is a stunning Stained Glass inspired design depicting a lit lantern. A combination of applique and embroidery represent the beautiful shapes and colours found in stained glass windows.

5x5 -41cmW x 41cmL (16 ¼” x 16 ¼”)

7x7 -56.5cmW x 56.5cmL (22 ¼” x 22 ¼”)
The blocks included are for either the 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 or 7x7 size hoop.

SVG files are included for cutting machines. Please note the SVG format can be converted to FCM within the Brother Scan n Cut software if required.

Thank you for this demonstration. I didn’t understand what type of stitch was embroidered along the raw edges to create the stained glass look. How are the stained glass lead lines created?

They are made with a combination of "flip & fold" an "in the hoop" embroidery technique and zig-zag satin-stitch. Hope this helps.

What size block are you doing I both the design like the finished design size you did I use 8 x8 or 200 x200 m
