New subscriber here. We haven't been on the Liberty yet but we do plan on it. We love embarkation day. Thank you so much for sharing.
They did away with the flat iron steak which was always good and replaced it with the strip loin steak which is not good. Also on sea day brunch you no longer get a filet with your steak and eggs, they swapped it out with another poor cut of meat, so there's two things I won't order anymore. Oh I almost forgot about the fried chicken, we are platinum as well and learned way back in our red room key days that they absolutely have no clue how to make good fried chicken. Aside from that I must say that we had one of the best and most memorable times ever on the Liberty and remain fiercely loyal to Carnival. Enjoyed your video and hope to see more.😊
