On my ng+ playthrough I think I have the lvl 10 survival chest plate, lvl 10 surturs braces, and lvl 10 survival waist. On top ov lvl 10 axe, lvl 10 blades, and lvl 9.. spear, with lvl 10 star shatter shield. And with the fully upgraded amulet, I have like strength at 614, defense at 638, runic at 324, vitality at 234, cool down at 120, and luck at 114. Pretty good, but not 100% maxed out. But in total I have like 51 hours in both normal and new game plus, 23 in normal and 28 in new game plus.
How many NG+ did you do to get your defense and strength up to 700. I am only getting up to 600+ on defense

I'm not seeing the gift of strength when I activate spartan rage valor and also have boon of valor. Am I doing something wrong?
You have to activate valor rage right before enemy attack to activate it
