    Love Scotia!! Lots of memories on top of the ore washer. The graffiti completely changes on a month to month basis. There are a lot more ruins out towards the shooting range, but only foundations.

      Thanks for commenting Nicole! Scotia was definitely interesting! It was our first time there. We needed something else to explore on our way back to Pittsburgh, so we figured why not. It was definitely cool seeing all the remnants of the town. A shooting range! That explains the constant sound of gunshots in the distance! Okay! Thanks for clearing that up for us! 😆

      @@nicolefox9267 Best of luck to you! I hope that your trip is a little more fruitful than ours! Beware, there was just a big fire there, so security might be even tighter.

      Sounds like the plans have changed for the place. I guess they must have scrapped the Arnold Palmer golf course plans? It was under active construction when we were there. I’ve been hearing whispers that it isn’t anymore. Seems like after the fire, they gave up. Feel free to share your experience! 😁

      @@UnauthorizedPersonnel yes actually after the fire it looks like they might just let it sit we went in 4 buildings nobody showed up for us or anything went I. The main building it was crazy and disgusting so idk it’s just there is a lot that can be fixed up and be nice but also half of it is trashed

      @@UnauthorizedPersonnel you get right into the middle where the main building is the on the road on the one that looks like one of the outside on the top there’s a camera like a new one that goes into the schools there’s also a satellite right above it so it’s not hard to miss but we literally walked right infront of it and keep exploring nobody was at the car when we left so plus

    Heard there are tunnels from the old power plant across the street?

    • @UnauthorizedPersonnel
      @UnauthorizedPersonnel  17 дней назад

      I know that there are tunnels going throughout a good deal of the underground areas between buildings at Laurelton. We were coming up on an entrance to one to get to the next building, when we realized that we had been spotted on camera, and it was time for us to wrap it up and head out. 😆

      Don't get caught. The person who owns the place has very little tolerance for trespassers, and cameras are everywhere. Plus, there was a fire there recently, so I don't even know if I'd recommend the place to be honest. It's a risky one. It may still be an active construction site as well.

      Hey there! I wish I did, but it’s been about a year since I’ve been there, and I’m sure that things have changed significantly since then. I know that there was a big fire there last year, and previous to that, it was an active construction site. It was active when we were there. Lately, I’ve heard rumors that the situation has changed, but I don’t have any other information. Sorry I couldn’t be clearer. Best of luck to you, though!

      @@ethandavis5674 Thanks for the info, Ethan! We were originally there on a Sunday afternoon, and there were definitely people there when we were there, so your news tells me that the situation there has definitely changed! Thanks so much for the info! Might have to take another trip back out there again! 😁
