Thanks a lot Christina ! it was very timely, I am very confused as I wanted an air dry clay but that works exactly like polymer clay in terms of texture. Seems Modena is the right one. Thank you.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply, you are very kind. I think you are quite right about it being the middle ruffle. I will wait for your tutorial 😉 before I tackle that one but will work on the others I purchased. Enjoy your day!
CAKELOSOPHY Hi Christina. I am following you on Instagram and look for you wherever I can. Not in a stalking way just because I really find your work to be inspiring for someone like me who really has no idea what I’m doing. This is all new and just a hobby so I looked around and found you to be the best teacher for me. Anyway I won’t drone on and take up your time but please keep on doing what you do so well. Flower making videos. Thanks Oh and on instagram I’m lindafarkas 7707. Enjoy your evening.😀💐
Thanks so much for this really useful info. I'm a polymer clay artist and am just being introduced to the huge variety of airdry clays, with all their good and bad properties (there are so many different types) I had heard wonderful things about modena clay, but until I saw your video, I hadn't realised that there were two types of modena clay, modena AND modena soft (it's only obvious now that I've been told 😜) I've been given some hearty clay and modena soft to try out, but have now ordered a pack of modena cp based on this video. Hopefully with these different clays I'll finally be able to achieve some of the effects that I couldn't with polymer. Looking forward to watching more of your videos 😍
Very useful and informative Christina. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful skills. This has come timely as I had just recently ordered Modena and have not used it yet
Hi Christina all of your work is really lovely and I’m really learning a lot from your videos. This is not about the present topic but I have purchased some sugarartstudio cutters because you mentioned them and I was aware there would be no instructions included. I felt pretty safe because of you and your great way of instructing but I’m really hung up on one item. With the Geo’s cutters for David Austin rose what is the tiny cutter used for? Do you know it’s bud shaped? Any help would be great and if you feel 😍 like making that video it would be great as I only see a regular rose tutorial and I personally think your style is wonderful! If I didn’t live in Canada I would take your class in a second because you are a great teacher! Thanks so much. I’m working in sugar
Hi! Thanks for the wonderful info. What brand is your rolling pin and red mat (with the clear flap). Is there an online store where I can purchase them?
no sorry , it's an old video, i actually really dislike using modena, but because it's so weird and breakable, and grey and hard to work with , i should hope it's at least waterproof
Thanks Christine love and learn from you so much keep the videos coming please! Wanting to ship and mail flowers but always looking for a clay that stays flexible so I wouldn’t have to fret over breakage. In the mail shipping. I think the Modena will be great for shipping. Going to try. Currently I use modelite air dry clay. It’s properties are the almost the same as deco except it sticks to itself but they both dry somewhat brittle for shipping. Too much breakage to worry about. Going to try the Modena for shipping purposes. Thanks for the video on this it was really helpful! Xoxoxoxo Christina
There use to be a brand in usa that.came in a clear plastic container..BEST STUFF EVER IF U WANTED HARD PORCELAIN...WHIXH I DO..I DONT WANT FLEXIBLE..CANT AEEM TO FIND IT.
CAKELOSOPHY я недавно заинтересовалась холодным фарфором.Здесь к сожалению тоже не много информации о различие масс. Я также имею холодный фарфор Модена и зефирную массу. Поэтому буду очень признательна вам за перевод.
Thank you so much for the review :* You're the best

Hello, thank you for your video. The Padico website says this clay is waterproof, have you tested this?
no sorry , it's an old video, i actually really dislike using modena, but because it's so weird and breakable, and grey and hard to work with , i should hope it's at least waterproof
Have you tried to mix Hearty white super lightweight modeling clay with Modena air dry polymer clay?
I just use Mama dora flexible these days, it's by far the best imho

I think it is air dry clay. Not porcelain clay.
Cold Porcelain is air dry clay. Porcelain , on the other hand, is not, but something that breaks and , besides, requires kiln
👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏😘😘🇪🇸
