@@EL2007_7 most of the throw power comes from the legs and core. Don't skip leg day! Personally I like to do heavy backsquat and deadlift once a week and compliment that with a single leg exercise such as Bulgarian split squats or a lunge variation. Those are staples on my strength leg day. As for the core focus on rotational and anti rotational movements such as wood chops, palloff press, deadbugs.
