UPDATE! I have updated the KOMODO bite trick in my Advanced Tips Part 2! I now know you can right click on food buffs! I always tried left clicking and i thought you couldn't get rid of your food buffs!
oh nice up to date guide with little tricks! 👌 some tips i see people asking about, to pick up a wall piece or so look at it and press Y key to pick it up. To replace a wood wall with a stone wall hold the repair hammer and hold R key to choose what type of wall piece you want to replace from the one from your characters inventory. fighting bears is to run towards them and then run sideways to have them run past you. Aim to the head/eyes area to take them down faster. Best early game arrows are bone arrows, they take down everything basic with ease except polar bears and other high hp predators. To refine high numbers of metals build more than 1 refining forge, I usually build 2 basic ones to spread out copper and iron smelting since both materials are used in alot of crafting. Getting plant seeds and berries and you can craft the berry energy bar, Hay and fibre i think for the animal food, one of the best foods for stamina regeneration and some buff against weather is roasted vegetables ( pumpkin, carrots, squash in the tier 2 stove that uses wood to fire it up with. When traveling the arctic biomes remove your water bottle from the water slot in your suit and keep it in a inventory slot to slow down the time it takes to get frostbite. Carry a small stone building and campfire and coal or wood to heat yourself in the arctic during a storm or extreme cold. For desert biome you want to go into rivers or lakes or cave water pools to splash in the water to cool down a little and carry watermelons to eat also bringing a small concrete house and somekind of generator and air conditioner and dehumidifier and electric tool. Dont forget the alteration bench for upgrading your ingame crafted tools, weapons and armor pieces to give buffs to exposure, carry weight, reduced weight, more harvesting etc. you can regen ores from caves with a thumper deploable but doing so gets alot of attention from dangerous worms and wildlife. Also to make glass window or walls to same hardness like stone walls you need a active water pump thats connected to your glass working bench. To make fuel for your biofuel composter to fill up your biofuel lanter or fuel canteen you can craft either tree sap or seed oil at the mortar and pestle early on, so harvesting alot of fibre plants gets seeds and then smash the seeds into seed oil bottles to prepare early on for refueling in tier 3. Water pumps dont have to be in a river or lake, they can also be in the small pools inside caves to harvest water from. dehumidifier deployables inside caves stop cave worms from respawning in that cave as long as the dehumidifier has power/fuel. Deep mining drills are amazing for getting ores and sulfur, silica and coal if you dont want to use the thumper on caves or to travel long distances across the map or to save on your tools durability.
I have a bunch of video ideas about food! Max HP i have already done in my youtube shorts, but max stamina, max experience, max exposure resistance, max melee damage, max projectile damage...
Yea i know, this video was made when they didnt get affected by weather. That has changed, with a lot of things. Some of the tips will be obsolete because the game updates every week.
If you want to get rid of a bufff.....don't go out and get bit. Just open your inventory to see your buffs and just RIGHT CLICK the buff you don't want.....
Yes its AI voice over and a bit of chatgpt but who says i cant use a bit of help to make videos! I hope you learned something useful, or liked the video. If you didn't like it, PLEASE, let me know where I can improve. I personally think the AI voice doesn't sound robotic. Besides voiceover if you think i can improve on something let me know!
No problem, i had to make adjustments because of the Encrypted Sattelite communicator being downsized. I actually liked the large structure. Give me some time to put a video!
Great video! I did not know about sleeping next to a portable beacon extending the sleep buff. Does changing rope into fiber only apply to the ropes created from leather, or also for rope created from fiber?
any rope you destroy will give you fiber, but turning leather into rope then getting fiber so useful in biomes where there are little to none fiber... you can kill animals and turn their leather in to rope then fiber!
if you do a Simpl3 quest to build a watch tower, you will get a different version of the beacon. that's how you get the buff! I should have explained that better, sorry!
Even so, you are sure that device give these buffs, after you dismantle the watch tower and put the device on your base roof? You done that and it works?... because I tried in the beginning of the game that and didn't work :(
@@ROauROn when i completed the watchtower quest, it was really close to my main base, so i used the sink and ran to the watchtower with the beacon. I did not destroy it. The beacon has a small radius that it gives the buff. I don't think it works if you destroy the tower. I had a carved wooden bed at the base of the tower and slept with the sink buff and the tower buff. 20% max health and stamina is insane for 1000second with the carved wooden bed.
I have been tryuing the watchtower buff out for half an hour and didnt work , I reckoned it comes with a watchtower quest. I did once in the former open worrld in Styx@@Infinity.Gaming2023
Begginers? and you start with stix. you first "tipp" - tier 4 tech and last advancement in the talent tree. komodo... yea... want to get rid of the food buff? just click on it - poof its gone. sorry dear, but exept for stopping with sprint just before stamina is fully depleted, none of your tipps is for begginers. its a nice little tippsy video, but try and do one for real begginers, people just starting to play
have you watched the 10 essential tips video? that video is for beginners starting out. These are more advanced tips for players that started fairly new and leveled up a bit but might not know some of these. How would new players know about 5th stomach slot. Also, when i made this video, the buff removal was not in game, it was patched in 1 week after. I have many other tips videos, but you can't seem to read that these are ADVANCED TIPS meaning late game tips for beginners. It's okay tho, i appreciate the comment even though it was toxic. You clearly are not new the game and just wanted to rant at my video. These videos were made months ago, and the game updates every week, so some of the tips will be obsolete, but you probably don't care either.
@@Infinity.Gaming2023 thanks for answering. i find your title misleading, thus my comment. begginer is someone who just got in to game. tier 3 and 4 buildings and advanced food items, alterations and last talent in a tree definitively dont pass as begginers tipps.
@@wancha5050 the last talent in the cooking/farming tree only requires 13 talent points to get which is about 9 levels because you get 1 talent every level, and 2 talents every other level. meaning if you started at level 0 and focused everything into cooking and farming talents just to unlock that. you would be at level 9. so its really not a late game talent. but it looks far away because its at the end of the talent tree. i didnt know about the 5th stomach slot until 100s of hours in game and now i have about 2400h. not a lot of people read what stuff do. i just wanted to bring more attention to why it was important to max out your stomach slots. more buffs means more HP and stamina which can be the difference of life and death in a survival game. I started the tips and tricks series with 10 Essential tips then i made 10 intermediate tips, then i have a whole series dedicated for advanced tips. Once again, i understand where you are coming from but the reason i titled it that way for beginners who reached end game stuff but are fairly new still and may not have unlocked everything. I also have other guides on food buffs, weather, SMPL3 quests, and more, i am simply trying to help others with some tips that i wish i knew earlier. There is also a new Icarus Tutorial if are very new to game. here is the link for that video ruclips.net/video/tw-P5AwNTws/видео.html Thank you once again! Either way i accept constructive criticism.
its meant for people who picked up the game for the first time while knowing basic survival tips. If you already have 100+ hours in the game then you probably already know most of these, but most people didn't know some of these tips in here., hence the title Advanced Tips for Beginners...

ill start working on these!
check out my other videos, Essential and intermediate tips. there might be some that i briefly explained in them but i can do a deeper dive into these
i enjoyed your video, you have earned a sub and like. v
thank you so much!
the wire hider was a real eye opener and I too am a foodie, I love the jar-food n they don't go bad
I have a bunch of video ideas about food! Max HP i have already done in my youtube shorts, but max stamina, max experience, max exposure resistance, max melee damage, max projectile damage...
Wind turbines are not maintenance free in normal mode. Really not in hard mode either. Storms take their toll on them.
Yea i know, this video was made when they didnt get affected by weather. That has changed, with a lot of things. Some of the tips will be obsolete because the game updates every week.
i will have to update some of my videos, but i have other plans right now.
Definitely using the trick to hide wires!
They need to allow more talent points so you can actually fill out more talent trees without leaving others nearly blank
I agree! when they increased the level cap from 50 to 60. they increases the talent points im not sure if they increased again...
@@Infinity.Gaming2023 it would be nice if even if you are at level cap they give you ONE point for leveling up again lol
U can also right click food buffs in inventory to remove them
really? i thought i tried that and it didn't work. i will try it!
wow, i think i left clicked on the buffs, but it works! thanks for this!
not at the time this video was released. that literally just came with the last weekly update.
the timing lol
great video!
If you want to get rid of a bufff.....don't go out and get bit. Just open your inventory to see your buffs and just RIGHT CLICK the buff you don't want.....
i know after seeing the comment above, i made an update in my next video! i tried clicking but left click. i never thought to right click lol!
Great guide thank you i test out the extra sleep buff today , i just had no idea about the additonal buff to be honest :D
there is a whole series now for the advanced tips! part 4 is out now!
video is all Ai impressive wonder how far this will go

Unrelated question, but can we get a base tour? It looks amazing!
No problem, i had to make adjustments because of the Encrypted Sattelite communicator being downsized. I actually liked the large structure. Give me some time to put a video!
i have been upgrading my base a bit.. I'm planning on doing a video like MTV Cribs lol... Once i feel like its ready ill do a base tour.
Right click on a food buff on the menu remove it too
at that time i didnt know about right clicking... I always left clicked on it so i thought it didnt work.
RIP wind turbines
True but Solar Panels tho :D 6k power with batteries is still good...

So, you must build a base below a watchtower? Because put that device on roof will not grant you these buffs...

Is this an A.I voice? Why are you so robotic if not?
yes, my microphone sucks so i use AI to narrate.
i thought the voice was okay but later i found out it wasn't, so i had to change it.
