    Great video....
As far as your knot. Was once told, as I cant tie them worth a darn, "If you cant tie a knot... tie a lot". It worked well for me.

Great! Check out the Chicken Gyros recipe video too. That’s killer on the Joe. 👍🏼👍🏼

Good job Geoff. I am in Adelaide so might follow your tip on the winw. Do you do spatchcock chicken at all? Brisket?? Lamb? Pork? I have just purchased a Kamado Joe and really enjoying using it. I have also purchased a Napoleon basket for my Joe rotisserie. Brilliant chicken wings!

Thanks Brad. I’ve done them all :) I’ve steered away from pork butts and brisket videos because they’re a bit overdone, but I’m sure I’ll do one at some point! Trying to show some different stuff!
Glad you’re enjoying them though. The Kamado is an obsession! Hit me up in Facebook or Insta if you need any advice on your cooks :) ✌🏼 Insta @geofftherealchef Facebook: Geoff the Chef

@@GeoffTheChefOfficial Thanks Geoff for the feedback. I actually started with Sous Vide before getting the Kamado. I know there are a number of channels out there that mix sous vide and grilling. I am still trying to master brisket (sous vide + grilling) however, I think Kamado definitely adds more flavour. Maybe you should provide some advice on your smoking techniques on the Joe?

bradneat Can certainly do that. I’ve used sous vide a lot as well and will be doing some recipes in the future on sous vide. Look out for that too! Cheers :)

Geoff. I have a question about your rub. Do you grind the ingredients at all? The cumin seeds are quite large and thought the look of your rub the contents was a lot finer?

bradneat yeah mate. I used cumin powder. If you have stuff like cumin seed or fennel seeds, grind it in a mortal and pestle ✌🏼

It all looks great, but I want to see you pick up your tacos and bagels and tuck into them ...
