Try to distract him.. when he start to cry distract him with any toys or music.. it will help.. try to play with him for 1 hr and then increase the time..
Please don't feed within an hour time again. Try giving the baby, the pacifier if u r okay. 45 days old baby 'll like to keep sucking the Breast for its happiness n to be calm. After feed give ur baby a pacifier n it helps. Milk Coming out of mouth n nose is absolutely common. Feed every 2-3 hrs. Burp the baby every time u feed. If ur baby is hard to burp , then put in shoulders upright for 10-20mins n then put down.
